Had a fabulous stay at the Crowne Plaza! It was my first time visiting NYC and I was not disappointed. Although I went with my boyfriend, I felt as though if I went alone I would’ve been just fine. We felt very safe and secure. The staff was always welcoming and greeting us when we came back from our ventures. The hotel is in a very convenient location within just a couple blocks to Times Square. It is right around the corner from Madison Square Garden and lots of shops as well as restaurants. The room was very clean and tidy, the housekeeping is excellent. Even though we were running behind, she still came and cleaned our room! It was the perfect space for two people. I was highly impressed and we will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was super friendly. West side location is a bit unpolished but proximity to Lincoln tunnel is excellent if you are driving out of town. Room was small and view was ugly but room was well appointed and clean.

Enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Rooms were great, beds were comfy. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day which is always lovely to come back to after a long day sight seeing. Short walk to Penn St station, from there you can get to most places easily enough. Yellow taxi from/to jfk is about $85 - it’s a flat rate of $70 plus tolls. Our rooms were on the 20th floor, could hear some street noise but certainly not too loud. Overall great stay, would stay again

Most of the staff are polite and friendly. Ashley was warm and kind to my son. The room was spacious, clean and the amenities were in a very good condition. I will stay at the Crowne Plaza whenever we are in New York.

Nice midpriced hotel for Manhattan that was within easy walking distance to 34th st subway/rail lines. The room was modern with nice amenties and a good size for a downtown hotel. The online resturant was decent as well.

We love staying here, the staff was so nice, the subway was very near so it was convenient. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the room, but ny is famous for small spaces.

Only 2 blocks from Penn Station. Good New York pizza on corner nearby. Easily walk to Macy. A bit far to walk to some Broadway shows so took a cab.

Excellent place to stay while in NYC. The reception staff were very accomodating, warm and friendly. They gave us tips on how to navigate NYC. The hotel is very clean with updated interiors, fixtures and modern design. Our room was very clean and love the contemporary design. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The price is reasonable compared to other hotels. It is not too far from Time Square, Empire State. Plenty of restaurants around it. My family loved this hotel and will definitely stay here the next time we visit NYC again.

Very good service, but I didn't think it was worth what they charge. extremely small room. Horrible view, party noise until 3 am, alacarte breakfast, with few options, ends up getting sick on the third day.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for everything New York! It is within walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, SoHo, Chinatown, and Little Italy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the room were very quiet. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Easy walk to and from Penn Station. The room (2 doubles) wasn't huge, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Road noise was negligible and the staff was courteous. Would definitely recommend.
