Very Clean , Cozy, and Courteous Staff. The only thing I did not like was my view of a brick wall, I would have preferred to see the city, so ask if you are hoping for a view

Had a very nice stay. Loved that it was a boutique hotel but felt like it did not compromise on comfort and cleanliness. Would definitely stay again

Room was small but perfectly functional. Breakfast was good and offered many choices. Location didn’t look great from the outside, but it was perfectly located within walking distance to many attractions.

Rooms are smaller than the smallest cruise ship room Across from Carnegie Hall loading dock- big noise until 1:00 a.m. and starting again at 6:00 a.m. I think there are criminals hanging around the front lobby So many better options nearby.

Great location -- safe neighborhood, walkable to Rockefeller center, central park, times square and Carnegie hall. Many different subway stops nearby. Big bonus -- breakfast included. Coffee and juice all day.

This was nice and easy check in experience. The property has free coffee/tea and snacks as well as use of hotel umbrellas (SUPER helpful for when you get caught unprepared for rain like I did). The elevator is clunky and loud and the rooms are fairly small but comfortable. The street facing rooms are quite noisy but do have a nice view. Bed was super comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. Some of the beds frame had wear and tear. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was an easy to walk to Times Square and getting Ubers was also a breeze. Overall a great hotel for the price.

Comfortable small rooms that have all you need. Nice modern hotel. Incredible location. Fantasthousecleaning. So good! Front desk people are the nicest most helpful people imaginable. That makes a huge difference. Will book again soon. Also the breakfast and free wine and cheese service hits the spot.

Fantastic location as we were attending an event at Carnegie Hall. Room was nice, good storage space, but very noisy. We were on 5th floor facing Carnegie Hall, and it appeared that scaffolding was being offloaded/erected all night long on evening/morning of Feb 21 and 22. Was quiet the evening of 2/22, and we slept soundly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Delia. The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance to food, shopping and public transportation. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. I will definitely be staying here on future trips.

Hotel is in a convenient location. My room was small but efficiently designed, modern and clean. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking but that is a subjective. Good value compared to other hotels in the area.

I was in the shower and the smoke alarm went off. I was blaring for 15 minutes before a tech person took it out of my room. My ears were ringing for the rest of the night. It happened at 11:30 at night. I could not go to sleep. It ruined my night.

Everything was fairly new and beautifully upgraded. The breakfast is a step up from continental but nothing crazy. They do have a lovely free wine and cheese hour every day which was fun! The staff were all very helpful and nice. Would stay here again.
