The staff had an attitude which was not customer oriented. The music was awful and loud and intrusive in the public areas and the fact that my payment was nonrefundable and in addition to that a $250 reserve was held on each night of my rooms is totally unacceptable, I will never come back to the hotel and will not recommend it to anyone

This is my second stay at this property. We enjoy it and the proximity to our daughter’s apartment. The area is very lively and love the views. The only thing I really don’t like are the keys. They are easy for room access but not good for the elevator. I appreciate they are wooden but my fingers struggle with the round size. Think about a square. It would be so much easier.

This hotel will be my go to every time I visit my daughter in Brooklyn. This place is exquisite. The room was so comfortable. The views are breathtaking. The food is so good. And it is in such a fabulous location. Just loved it.

I’ve stayed the 1 hotel Miami and it was exceptional. The 1 hotel Brooklyn bridge was super disappointing. The staff doesn’t want to be there, no attention to detail. Housekeeping was poor with room service dirty wine glasses and dishes left behind. I don’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

A beautiful property nestled right next to the pier with unbeatable views of the manhattan bridge and Ellis island. A great getaway from the busy city while only being a short train ride away. The in room dining service was phenomenal- presentation, price, taste, ticket time and service. The cafe off the lobby offered great grab and go options and the lounge was a tranquil atmosphere filled with greenery and cozy seating. If you’re wondering if you should book this property? You should. It’s worth every dollar. Can’t wait to travel to another 1hotel property!

Easy valet parking. Great location, adjacent to the waterfront and St. Ann's Warehouse Theatre. The hotel is bright, modern, and welcoming; the rooms are cleverly designed and outfitted; the restaurant and bars have interesting menus and the service is impeccable. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Bathroom was dirty when I arrived. Stingy with sugar at coffee station in room. Washcloths not replaced. Minibar not restocked. And rude manager in cafe. Visit when first opened was a treat. Things have gone downhill considerably.

My experience was nearly excellent although my friends and I stayed for one night only. The concierge was super nice to us and Bryan (I hope I spelled his name right) was outstanding in customer service. His energy was amazing with me and my two friends. The only issue we had was with the manager at the restaurant. My friends and I wanted pictures with a view, so we asked hotel staff if we could go even at the late hour that we had arrived. We asked several times and were told it was okay. We arrived upstairs and the young lady outside before entering the bar/restaurant let us in. However, once inside, I’m not sure if it was the bar manager but he was extremely rude to my friends and I. I asked if we could just take a few photos. To which first he rudely said “we just did last call and we close in 25 minutes.” I told him I understood, we’d only take 10 mins and we didn’t drink anyway that’s all. It’s like I had talked to a wall and he didn’t say anything. I went back outside to ask the young lady if there’d be an issue if we just wanted to take pictures she told me there was no issue. I went back inside and once again told the manager we just wanted to take pictures, he reluctantly said fine. My friends were uncomfortable at this point but we proceeded to take a couple of pictures. We were close to done when the bar manager came over and basically kicked us out pretty loudly. It was embarrassing. I’m not sure if he knew we were hotel guests but either way it was correct.

Everyone was great and we had a wonderful stay. The only drawback is that there is a firm line on the check-in times. If you show up early, you will wait until 4pm (sometimes longer)

Water pressure was non-existent. Room was in great condition but certain elements like dead plants and small fruit flies were a turn off. No one mentioned anything about valet cost, $170 per day is something you absolutely should mention at check in, not at check out. There was also a $45 “amenity” fee that should be waived in the winter bc all amenities are closed!

The hotel is beautiful and the surrounding area is filled with restaurants and shops. Our favorite part of the hotel was the view from our room. Just amazing!
