New Orleans Pharmacy Museum Tours and Activities

The cleaners forgot to clean my room twice in a row and we were also told we could request every day cleaning but when we asked for this they did not provide this. The restaurant staff were nice and attentive but the front desk were not apologetic when we phoned to say they had forgotten to clean the room. I also did not like there were hidden charges when we arrived. However the actual room is nice and spacious and about a 10/15 minute from the French quarter. It was my mums 70th but it did not end up being particularly special. We had to keep on requesting refills of shower gel and towels and toilet roll which you would not expect for the supposed quality of the hotel. The floor was also dirty. We also told them about us leaving at 5am and was told there would be people to help but there was not anyone around and we could not do express check out as it want working so we were walking around trying to find someone and had to do our own luggage.

The staff is amazing. The pool area is great relaxing area. Spacious rooms and areas around the facility.

The staff was professional and friendly. Beautiful hotel, wonderful room, delicious food and the drinks were spot on.
