Once again, super 8 is better than the Hilton. The motel was very clean and inviting. The security was great, cars parked in covered area behind locking gates. The rooms were more than adequate and overall for the cheap expense a very good motel

Very outdated facilities, and not so clean. Bathroom was dirty when we came in and they do not make your room on a daily basis.
Beds are comfortable, so we got a good night sleep at least.
Breakfast was very simple but that was not the issue...we ran out of bread a few times and it was kind of hard to get them to refill the bread basket. It really seems they are short staffed and owners don't want to hire.

Some miscommunication with staff, very low water pressure for showering, and parking is tight, but the room was spacious (as well as the bathroom), very clean, and no odors. The bed was extra comfortable and there was an elevator to the room. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean, parking is well lit and gated and overall seems safe. The corridor is cute. Only thing that was concerning was at night - outside of the hotel is a little sketchy.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was okay. In a terrible neighborhood. My room smelled like urine and was not cleaned great. Our 2nd room smelled like cigarettes even though they told us non smoking rooms. It was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

The rooms smelled like people smoked in there. There was no attendant for breakfast. We had to go up to the front desk a few times. One for plates, coffee and milk. There is free parking and the parking is gated. But the area is a little sketchy.

The location was in an awful side of town , the bedspreads had cigarette holes in them, and one had blood on it. There were drug addicts and hookers there. The only friendly staff member was the man at the front desk. The bathroom was way too small, the safes lock was broken off. And one morning I ran into another customer coming up the stairs carrying a three foot pipe and smoking pot. Needless to say I will never spend another night in a super 8 hotel again and am very disappointed in Wyndham I always thought that was trustworthy. And the breakfast was awful.

Would not stay again. Not a bad Uber ride to Bourbon Street but hotel was grungy and our room had no outside window. Area around is defiantly not safe.

We didn’t expect much for the price but the couch in our room was filthy and we were planning on having our toddler sleep on it. The room was fine but the bed was rock hard and we all had a bad nights sleep. In the morning we woke up to a very dismal breakfast with the only options being waffles, toast or muffins. No protein options. We ended up leaving early because it wasn’t worth two nights of bad sleep. The street lights were also super bright into the room and even the blackout curtains didn’t block it fully.

The WiFi was non existent. We could not go on the internet. Very disappointing. We stayed two nights. The second night I was told it wasn't to be cleaned. I gathered clean towels & emptied the trash. The Continental breakfast was poor. Ran out of coffee in which I had to track someone down to make more. Options were minimal.
