The cleaners forgot to clean my room twice in a row and we were also told we could request every day cleaning but when we asked for this they did not provide this. The restaurant staff were nice and attentive but the front desk were not apologetic when we phoned to say they had forgotten to clean the room. I also did not like there were hidden charges when we arrived. However the actual room is nice and spacious and about a 10/15 minute from the French quarter. It was my mums 70th but it did not end up being particularly special. We had to keep on requesting refills of shower gel and towels and toilet roll which you would not expect for the supposed quality of the hotel. The floor was also dirty. We also told them about us leaving at 5am and was told there would be people to help but there was not anyone around and we could not do express check out as it want working so we were walking around trying to find someone and had to do our own luggage.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Your staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us enjoy our trip. We would personally like to thank first and foremost Erin (bartender), we enjoyed talking with you, your customer service and recommendations made our trip far more enjoyable. Reggie, thank you for your kindness and overall friendliness to us. And to Juanisha for going above and beyond to make our engagement even better than what it already was (I'm assuming Erin had something to do with that as well). Amber and Nolan were amazing in coaching us around the city and their overall attitudes on a daily basis completed this trip for us. Thank you all so much and we look forward to staying with you again in the future!

Housekeeping was scheduled to clean the room every other day. I stayed 4 nights and my bed was never made. We received clean towels but had to ask for wash cloths from the front desk because housekeeping did not have any on their cart. Reported this issue at checkout and was accommodated for my inconvenience. Other than this issue, I enjoyed my stay at the Nopsi Hotel. It is conveniently located and we were able to walk everywhere. I would stay here again.

Having staff that represents your company in a good light l, goes above and beyond for patrons will make any regular hotel feel like a castle. The staff at Nopsi did just that for me. This morning during checkout I had the pleasure of dealing with a very kind lady who was able to assist me I wish I remembered her name. Then a gentleman in its truest form(Hassan) helped me carry my bags to the car it was a lot and I was tugging a baby on my hip at 4:25am. It’s dark outside I was parked a block away from hotel. He didn’t know me from a can of paint but yet made me feel safe and protected. This experience alone made the stay worth every single penny. I will say if you were sold on the roof top bar it’s currently closed. The bar downstairs however have the best Wellington you’ll ever taste.

Everything was wonderful the only but was our room 805 the odor of humidity was permanent. They send it after we call front desk a deshumidificador but the smell continues

We truly enjoyed our stay from the welcoming reception we received from Malcolm at check in, to our exit at the end of our stay. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've slept in while on travel as well. We will definitely return.

The NOPSI is located in a clean, and what seems like a safe area of New Orleans. It was within walking distance of the French Quarter, and, conveniently located to one of the hop on hop off bus stops, we received vouchers to eat in the restaurant, and the food was very tasty. We had four people stay in the room. It was very spacious and excellent value for the price.

Great location to the all action but far enough for quiet. Welcoming staff. Property is beautiful and amenities great. Darren and team were excellent bell hops. I’d highly recommend NOPSI and will stay here again.

We had a late check-in, which sometimes can be troubling, but we experienced a smooth process. Alexis, the overnight front desk staff, was amazing! Just wished the rooftop bar stayed open later; other than that, it was a beautiful experience, and will definitely stay again!

It had character given its age and history. And even though it’s such an old hotel, everything was as it should be. Clean, well maintained and functional. I found it a little upsetting that room service had special hours of operation, there were times I wanted something and just couldn’t it.

Excellent location and good facilities. Room was lovely and so was the food in the restaurant etc. Nice pool area and polite staff. Only thing that wasn’t good was that room service only cleaned our room twice in a six night stay. The hotel policy was to only clean the rooms every other night, but it seemed quite sporadic.

Hotel was really nice. The staff was nice when welcoming you too the property. Roof top bar and pool area was the star of the hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was on the 3 morning of staying in the hotel we didn’t receive fresh towels. I text the number stated if I can have fresh towels sent to the room. About 2 hours of waiting I called the front desk just to get the worst service ever. He answer the phone as if I was annoying him or something. He stated she is helping others room and will get to you when she can. I had timed plans so I couldn’t wait for fresh towels. Once returning back to hotel I seen fresh towels. And also they don’t allow to warm seafood in microwave downstairs saying it will stink up the lobby. So put one in the room but overall we had a good experience.
