My husband and I really liked the staff who were all dedicated to their task, going from the manenger to the ladies who prepared breakfast ... The following points could be improved: - there is not much visible attempt at recycling ... only the breakfast produces a LOT of garbage - they should reduce the high sugar levels produces they propose for brekfast - they should not use paper plates & plastic cutlery for breakfast

Conveniently located close to the casino and riverwalk. Not too noisy. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Their ice machine on the 5th floor wasn’t working. Otherwise it was a good stay.

A great location! Just bring your pillow! The elevator was a little bit scary. Parking and fitness center are offsite and both have a fee that isn't apparent through Expedia - still a great value. The Red Slipper across the street was wonderful - the location was perfect for us.

Great place to stay at. You're within walking distance of a lot of places. There's even streetcars and buses within walking distance. Requested housekeeping several times- one of those times with the sign on the door but no one came to clean the room and replace our towels. Your best bet is to request your room to be cleaned at the front desk. Free breakfast that was delicious- and there is also a Ruby Slipper right across if you missed it. If you need any utensils after breakfast or need more stuff for the bathroom like toilet paper, just ask the front. Everyone is super helpful and kind.

Great option if you have a conference nearby. Easily walkable to all the French Quarter main attractions. Staff all really friendly. Breakfast is a little skimpy, so go into it with low expectations and you will be fine.

This hotel has it all; welcoming staff when you arrive, beautiful clean room, excellent breakfast and walking distance to the French Quarter. We also took the Hop on Hop off bus and the stop was 2 just minutes away. We had a great stay here.

Had a great time at Mardi Gras. Ray and Jeff are super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Same to the guy stocking up breakfast with dark curly hair. The staff was amazing. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush and the bathroom fan didn’t work. The location of the hotel was great, super close to the parades and Burboun St/French Quarter. Vibes were immaculate. I would recommend this place to people staying in the area.

Cody and Kiesha( not sure that was her name - her daughter works there but it’s another property.) were both super nice. Door man on Sunday was quick to catch the door and always smiling. Manager introduced himself and was very engaging. The cost was reasonable. Rooms were well apportioned, even a small fridge for eventual left overs. Sooooo close to the French Quarter and Ceasar’s casino. Parking one block away. Highly recommend.

The people at the desk were courteous; however, their answer to every question is" I am not sure". There were some loud noise at night. When I brought it to the staff's attention, the answer was the same " I am not sure where the noise comes from". They weren't able to provide any information regarding tours, or restaurants. They need to be informed about what is available around the area so they can properly guide their guests.

Property was in good location a few blocks from Bourbon street. Staff was very helpful and provided good restaurants in the area to go to during our stay. We walked ot Bourbon St. but did not feel very safe as we were approached by many strangers offering voodoo cards and asking for handouts. New Orleans is a great city but they need to clean up the streets or the city will loose its charm.

Con's; The area is sketchy because it is across the street from the french quarter and has a 24 hour liquor store next door. Alot of homeless can be found hanging around the area but that seems to be everywhere in the city. Unfortunately, New Orleans has severely declined like so many other American cities.

Location is excellent..Short walk to French Quarters. Included breakfast is the worst of all BW Plus we have stayed before..Limited and repetitious selection everyday. Most days food (potatoes, sausage and eggs) is cold.

Great location and excellent value! The check in staff was top notch, the hotel was lovely, and the room was clean and comfy. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t great, but it was free. Highly recommend this hotel.
