Shower heads were the rain type, which there was very little water pressure. Switching those out might give the water pressure more output

Very pleased with the staff and accommodations at the hotel. I even arrived earlier than check in, and the front desk hooked is up with early check in. Very pleased with the hotel, staff, and even the complimentary airport shuttle.

Room needed a better cleaning. Office chair had food crumbs all over it. Remote control for TV had greasy fingerprints all over it. Handles, etc need to be wiped down between guests. Other than that, room is nice, modern and comfortable. Area around BNA is sketchier than other city airport districts at night, so always some shady looking people wandering the streets at night

The room itself was clean and fairly modern. The general areas of the hotel needed some cleaning. Garbage cans full. Sticky floor in elevator. The parking lot has signs that say don't leave your gun in your car which suggests parking lot break ins..

This was our second trip here. The first time was great. This time, however, was not. When we arrived there was a lady at the front desk on some major mind altering drugs. She followed us up straits and roamed the floor. When we returned 5 hours later the police arrived ere there questioning her. Around 1:30-2:00 am there was as an awful pounding on the door. A lunatic was trying to break down the door looking for someone that clearly wasn’t one of us. When I called the front desk they acted like I was making it up. 45 minutes it happened again only more aggressive. When the front desk guy came up this time he found other guests in the hallway trying to figure out what happened but “the cameras don’t show anyone there”. I felt VERY unsafe! We will not be staying here again.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but I was super disappointed in the level of cleanliness in room 205. Location is great and staff were friendly. There was dust EVERYWHERE… on the phone(which should be sanitized between visits) , lamps, alarm clock, and on their headboard. The clock was super dirty. Fingerprints on windows, mirrors, microwave, night stand and light switches. The remote was not sanitized and covered with finger grease. It looked as if NOTHING has been sanitized or wiped down in weeks. The shower walls were extremely dirty and the bottom caulk was stained and dingy. The shower rubber wax seal was covered in mold. As a housekeeper myself, it was nothing a little bleach couldn’t fix. I hope for future guests the rooms are brought up to a better level of cleanliness.

Great place close to town
Had a great check in, Room is spacious and clean, Bathroom is top notch. great location just a few miles from down town Nashville tucked away on a nice quiet street for resting.
