The rooms are consistently dirty and the staff is beyond clueless. My company used Placemakr properties for the entire staff and recently ended that relationship because the brand has fallen so far below acceptable standards that staff no longer felt safe or clean staying at a Placemakr, most specifically the Wedgewood location in Nashville. We highly, highly recommend looking elsewhere. You will be disappointed - I guarantee it.

The property and room were nice. But it’s right next to a train station and the trains make a TON of noise. It’s not the end of the world. But I wish this information has been disclosed before I booked the hotel.
