Overall we enjoyed the property. The location is very close to a lot of the Nashville attractions. The room size was wonderful. For two queens beds there was also a good sized sitting area with a pull out couch. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet friendly and that there is no fee. Unfortunately with the hotel being in the city there was barely any green space for the dogs to relieve themselves. Some things we didn’t like was that we left our room around 12:30. Apparently housekeeping must have passed our room by then so it was not cleaned. That wasn’t a big issue since we had only been there one night prior, but we had called down to the front desk when we returned that night to ask for some fresh towels and they did not bring it up which was annoying. Additionally we attempted to use the pullout couch and when we removed the cushions it was full of crumbs and a pair of EarPods that were left behind. The biggest negative for us was the cost of parking in the garage each night was over $30.

I didn't like the way check in at front desk treated us up on arrival. Very unprofessional in my opinion as someone who to create an healthy atmosphere for guests checking in. One bottle of water in room for 2 people and she wanted to sell me a bottle.

Was an OK stay. Had to move rooms the first night because the AC wouldn’t stay on even after they “fixed it”. The heater kept turning on and the room was in the mid 80s! The second room was good AC wise, but it was right next to the garage door entrance and that was just annoying wondering if someone was trying to open our door or not throughout the nights. Then when we requested more towels bc the shower water went into the whole bathroom we never received them. And they didn’t clean our room on the second day either.

the ac unit in room was defective and I reported it to front desk after the first night, they said they would have it checked out. I offered them to switch our rooms but they said let them check it out first. They either did not check it or just didn't do anything about it because it was still 74 degrees in the room with the a/c set at 68 and on cool mode. Coudln't sleep either night it was so hot in the room.

We had a great stay! The property was very clean, our room was nice and roomy. There is a great Italian restaurant within walking distance, it was delicious! Would stay here again!

Older hotel but fairly well kept. Hot water took a very long time to get hot, approximately 10 minutes but the morning we checked out, one of the water tanks burst so was probably related to that. Room was right next to elevators and there was no sound buffer.

Place was a good location from Vanderbilt (less than a mile) and Broadway bars (1 mile but walkable) the room was big and clean. The walls are paper thin so did hear people next door every night but not the worst. 4 out of 5. Solid stay overall

Staff was not prepared to answer questions about a discount for using Aloft properties. We came from the Aloft in Louisville, Kentucky and they were able to help us with a free breakfast so easily and accommodated any request. The hotel in Nashville cost way more but was completely inferior to the Louisville, Kentucky one.

Honestly the rooms are huge. The room had a couch with a side area for guest or kids. The area is very walkable to music row and about a mile down the road to broadway bars.

The woman who checked us in was unfriendly and booked us into a hotel that wasn’t what we booked. We booked a king and we got a queen instead and then when we went to get it fixed they denied refunding us any money or fixing the problem. Overall the hotel was kind of scummy and the bartender was late to the bar which was quite possibly the only good feature of the hotel.

We came down with a group and stayed on the sixth floor. The staff was excellent and the room was very clean! We particularly loved the beds and the bathroom. If you are going down to go to Broadway, this hotel is a bit too far and you do have to pay $40 a day to park in the garage. You have to pay to park everywhere. Bring lots of money...ITS NASHVILLE!

Great stay at Aloft
Wonderful hotel and staff. Modern rooms and lobby clean clean clean! Couldn’t get over how clean it smelled and looked. Pillows were typical hotel pillows. Would recommend 10/10
