"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"

"When we arrived the accomodation was not ready. We were offered another local accomodation which was sub standard for the price, and we refused it. Then we were offered another room which although was okay, it was still a very expensive stay and sadly was disappointing. On the upside the lady that managed the accomodation was very nice and helpful, and the area is stunning with some great local restaurants and a wonderful morning market. I think our main issue was that we booked about 3 hours before arriving as we were passing the area, but I do still feel that if the accomodation is advertised that it should be ready. "
