Front desk/reception need training in customer service. Be careful booking tours etc through them, they tell you it’s confirmed and then there is no booking when you check. Watch out for them adding extras on your final bill and hoping you won’t notice. I was in a group who booked 3 separate rooms and they tried it on all of us. Won’t come back here. The restaurant staff, pool staff, housekeeping and maintenance all lovely and friendly. Such a shame for them to have it ruined by their representatives at the front desk.

The beds had bedbugs leaving me with bite marks, the exhaust in the washroom was mouldy and had foul smell every time we switched it on. The housekeeping simply washed used coffee mugs in the wash nasin and kept it back (something i saw as i was in the room). The kettle was not working, and the door to balcony was jammed. Kettle changed but then i had to tell them that the switchw as not working either. Horrible mouldy chairs in the pool area. Always short of places to sut by the pool, no kid friendly food options. On check in i requested details about marriott bonvoy benefits as i am a member, was not told about it till i came across the elite cocktail hour by the beach. Upon asking i was told its almost over and next one will ne next week so i miseed out. Requested an easly check out, was told the manager will het back anout what could be done, no one bothered to call. Every room service order had a $14 delivery charge and no good eating options for kids. Never again.

Customer service excellent but room service food was very poor - ordered pasta & burger with fries - food delivered lukewarm and the pasta and fries were ciearly microwaved I could tell by the texture. Very disappointing and unnecessary

The Staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for you. The Grounds were manicured to perfection and the View from our Room was Amazing. Overall the Hotel is a fantastic place to stay and cant recommend it highly enough.

Shereton is the best resorts amongst all other resort surrounded. We have seen so many guest lived other property but end up coming to shereton for drink , swimming etc

Always enjoy staying in this location as has both adults and childrens facilities which is great , the kids always have a fabulous time in the kids pools! However has become very expensive since our visit last year (2023) even braiding the kids hair has doubled in price. Beware the additional charges can become quite costly.

Checkin lineups / unfriendly checkin staff No welcome drinks or water. Extremely hot at the buffet restaurant. Pool was full of beer cans. Patrons were drinking for hours in the pool. Not using washrooms. Fijian food night was 1/10.

The Sheraton resort was really beautiful and right on the beach. Spacious outdoor and communal areas. Amazng service and very helpful staff. Excellent food at tje Sheraton restaurants. Special shout out to Tatavu restaurant and the hotel who made us feel really special as it was our wedding anniversary ❤️😊

I enjoyed a 2 night stay at this resort, from the second I got out of the taxi until the second I left, the staff were fantastic. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The resort is fantastic, suitable for families and also a seperate pool/beach area for "adults only". I cannot fault this resort, I chose it because it's only 15-20 mins from the airport. I loved that Fiji airways has a check in desk in the airport, I checked my bags right there and got my boarding pass! I would definitely book this resort again.

Our 3rd trip to Fiji our first time staying at the Sheraton Beach and Golf Resort. 7 days of absolute enjoyment. Would highly recommend it for families with smalls children.

Sheraton Denarau Villas was an excellent stay. The rooms were beautifully furnished. Kitchen lacked mugs and knives but otherwise was very convenient. The laundry facilities in the bathroom was an added bonus. Lush green beautiful manicured landscape. Amazing swimming pools. The staff were helpful and friendly to engage with. Loved that every day there was activities for guest such as fan weaving, wood carving, tea tasting, aqua aerobics etc. makes the holiday more enjoyable and fun when there’s activities. The only negative was the taxi/private car fares. Very expensive and never consistent in pricing. Not all taxis want to turn on meter. Trip to Nadi town in private hired car can be anywhere between $20-$30. Expensive! Same trip in a taxi with air con who had meter on was $11.30. Loved my stay with Sheraton Denarau. Already planning to go back for another holiday.

Staff hospitality was impeccable, resort facilities great and option to swim in pool or ocean was on another level for us as the pools are not deep enough for our liking. Dinners at resort were great and so was the buffet breakfast. We will go back again for sure, however was a lot pricier than i expected especially the excursions.
