Overall it was a good experience, except few minor issues like electrical socket not working , plumbing etc. My in laws found bed bugs in one room but they swapped the room and apologized for the inconvenience.

Very good hotel close to Thane station
I spent a night in the hotel this week. It was a pleasing experience indeed. Staff were cordial, toilet and beds were very clean. Overall, the premises are well maintained. Pure and quality veg food is at a phone call away. Room service is good. Even Jain food was readily available for those who would require it.

Reasonable Business Hotel
The hotel is at the main road and easy to find. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant has decent food and reasonably priced. Free wifi was included in the package.

First impression for Toss
The Hotel at first did not have any information about the guest checking in on the scheduled date, so confirmation went for a toss, I had to follow up for the same as the stay was for our Consultant travelling to Mumbai from another location. This hotel was chosen since the location was convenient for commute. The staff also made several follow up with the guests inspite of intimating the hotel staff that my company will make the payment and as per their requirement, the room rental was paid off before the guest checked in. But still the hassle until it was clarified couple of times.

Ideally situated , safe clean and affordable hotel
I stayed at the Archana residency hotel for 16 nights. Checking in was very quick.the room was spacious and very clean. Staff were always on call and very professional. The lady concierge especially efficient. Room service was ok. The complimentary breakfast well laid out. Totally enjoyed my stay here and highly recommended you do too.

Nice and clean hotel and close to R Mall
The hotel is very convenient and offers clean but simple facilities at a reasonable price. The vegetarian restaurant offers good breakfast of mainly south Indian cuisine along with on demand toast, hot tea/coffee and made to order hot dosas etc. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. R Mall is 10 minutes away and a nice place to spend your time there. The taxi fare from the international airport is Rs 600 for a small car and it is a prepaid booking at the counter inside the airport. However, they do not have a boot and your luggage is put on the roof rack. I was not happy about this and ended up with the luggage put in the back seat and holding on to them.

Value for Money - Good Hotel with Amenities
Though the Hotel is a bit far from the International Airport, the hotel was located in area which was well connected. The room was spacious & clean. The room service was prompt. The team at the reception was responsive and courteous. No complaints on any of the above aspects. The window air-conditioner was a bit noisy but did its job well.
