Centrally located in the heart of Silicon Vally. I arrived late/early in the morning. The check in staff Peal (spelling?) was efficient, helpful, and accommodating. Expedia app cant book the same day since it’s past midnight, she made a manual adjustment to get me checked in. The room and the area was quiet, well cleaned, and easy parking. She was patient in listening to my needs and help solve it accordingly and accurately. Some normal wear and tear on things. Housekeeping did a great job, super clean. Excellent hot shower temperature. A minor thing was at check out where the staff asked to verify my credit card again to the point that’s excessive. But he handled it professionally when i provided constructive feedback, which was appreciated because some may got upset and defensive. Feel comfortable recommending this hotel to others.

I love this hotel. It was very clean and in a great spot of the city. Our room was great and the front desk hosts were really nice and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. Will definitely stay here again
