"The bathroom drying rack was not working; we informed the front desk, and the maintenance person promptly came to fix it but left his tools in the apartment, returning just before our check-out time to fix it. There were hairs all over the bathroom and living room, indicating that the rooms were not cleaned properly prior to our arrival."

"We booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport and it did not disappoint. Our room on the fourth floor was very quiet and extremely clean. There were blackout curtains at the window, so the room was very conducive to a good nights sleep, which we sorely needed before an early departure flight the next morning. Also, the hotel offered the services of a free shuttle to the airport. All we had to do, was give the front desk a time for pick up. The shuttle arrived on time and the driver was courteous. We had no problem catching our flight. "
