Oceans offers excellent views and location with premium comfort - from bedding, to furniture, to fittings. Modern luxury with convenient access to shopping below and within a 15 minute walk either to Alexandra Headlands or the trendy Mooloolaba wharf - with more restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful apartment, great location, some signs of wear and tear eg vent hanging out of ceiling in living room. Steam room, one of the reasons we chose to stay at Oceans, out of order throughout our stay. Half the pool roped off for maintenance one day.

Absolutely loved my stay at Oceans Mooloolaba. My apartment was crisp, clean and had a wonderful view over the esplanade, Mooloolaba Beach and Alexandra Headland. All staff were wonderful and my request for an extra nights stay and late check out were accommodated.

Beautiful views, lovely room and close to everything! Only hassle was the email said check in till 6.30pm and when we got there just on 5.30pm they told us their check in closes at 530 instead. Not a big deal

Perfect holiday despite the weather
Best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect and Well thought of. The view was spectacular not only from the balcony but inside sitting on the lounge, at the dinning table, in the kitchen, from the bath and in bed. We didn’t get the best weather but that didn’t take away from our holiday. We walked between rain, buses fantastic, close walk to the surf club and restaurants just down stairs. Coles and BWS an easy 5 min walk too. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and break away from the everyday. Loved the daily room service too. Added that extra special touch. No need to bring beach towels either. They were supplied.

Ocean is in a great location with everything walkable. The views are the standout feature with wide vista of the ocean . The pool was enjoyed a lot but we all thought the hot tub was a bit too cool. We had two rooms for our family and everyone had lots of room and and a bathroom. The staff were helpful and arranged transport for us. A great stay.

This property is in a great location and the place is great. The only problem I had was with the access to smart TV in the apartment for the price that was paid for it.

It is disappointing to read these comments in regards to the TV as staff rectified the connectivity issue immediately on report of the issue. We also had the technician organised and ready to investigate the problem further/fix the very next morning which you denied access to the apartment as the TV system was working fine.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED had a real loud humming noice come through the speakers in the baby’s rooms from 1am to 230am in the morning then the manager came up and it just stopped, then the next day they didn’t even bother coming up to try figure out what happened all the lady at reception said was can I please ask that you don’t call our manager after hours to wake her up if it happens again, this is NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL, it’s a 5 star apartment witch the receptionist told us falls under a different category as a hotel, no room service, no professional help/care, the worst customer service I have ever received after 4 nights in a 3 bedroom penthouse and spent $900 a night, I also requested the manager to contact me so I can let her know our concerns and resolve the issues, 3 days later and I still haven’t heard from her neither the staff or manager cares about their customers at all. I also found they advertise it as a 5 star hotel witch is false advertisement. Anything we asked about or spoke to reception about felt like it was a major issue and we felt unwelcome and could not wait to leave. Would never return under any circumstance and if it wasn’t for having 2 baby’s under 2 we would have packed up straight away and left.
