The property is clean and modern. The location can’t be beat, right by the esplanade and across street from ocean. Parking garage below facility. Nice to be able to do laundry on site. We’d highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay but was surprised the apartment was not serviced over our stay. We ran out of toilet paper as an example. It did lack things like dish washing clothes and scrubbing brush, clothes drying frame. The view was awesome and the property was well located.

Our unit was fine but the area was very noisy and i was surprised that there was insufficient sound proofing with things like double glazed windows considering the area. The mattresses were terrible. There was also not enough supplies in the unit like toilet paper and detergents. Most the staff were lovely and friendly though

Stay was nice but a few little things that we found annoying. We booked a one bedroom apartment. It has a two way access to the bathroom. The hinged door that swings into the bathroom area is very annoying and gets in the way all the time. Also they put two bottles of water in the fridge that you had to pay for. Why not just make them complimentary. It is just water and I am sure it could be covered in apartment cost. Be good if the TV was a smart TV so you could log into your own streaming service.

Overall our stay was ok. The property is fairly new so it was in good condition. Our apartment was clean but for the age of the building we felt the common area on our 4th floor needed a good clean - walls and carpet were dirty. The apartment was nice, and well equipped with 4 televisions. The program the hotel uses for watching movies and tv was very slow and clunky and we couldn’t access Netflix or other streaming channels. We also felt there were some design issues such as the fuse box being in the bedroom at a height accessible for our 5 year old. And the car park entry is a strange entry and exit. Also we didn’t use the pool as it was really murky and didn’t look like the chemicals were balanced. We probably wouldn’t stay again but with some minor improvements the property will be a good option to stay in Mooloolaba.

Our stay at Breeze was great. Check in was smooth, our 1 bedroom apartment with hinterland view was very modern and comfortable. The balcony was a great size and comfortable to sit outside and enjoy. The kitchen was fantastic with everything you need, the shower was hot with good water pressure, the toiletries were good quality . Our only complaint was the queen bed. It was not comfortable, every time we moved the whole bed moved. We would stay here again, but might book a room with 2 single beds next time to avoid the queen bed issue.

Cool hotel in a cool town, just wish we could have stayed longer! We had to fly out the next morning but it was easy to get to MCY airport. The beach walk right across the street has scooters for rent, exercise stations, access to public restrooms and a cool playground plus easy access to a strip of shopping and dining establishments. As for the room, beds were comfortable, balconies gave great views (we were up on floor 9) and it had everything you’d need for an extended stay with kitchen, dining table, laundry area and a split floor plan with 2 full baths. Next time we’ll just have to stay longer!

The property was very clean and the apartment was nice. Unfortunatley it was very windy during our stay and we couldnt use the beach and the pool area is far too small and always in the shade (i should have paid more attention to this when booking). The road noise is also quite loud and the door to the apartment constantly bangs even when closed, both which made it very hard to get a good sleep. The wifi also drops off all the time, this meant that i was using data when i thought i was connected to wifi and got charged alot (from overseas).
