Third floor 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the best location, in the middle between the patrolled beaches and the Mooloolah river. Take a little stroll to Mooloolaba Esplanade shops, cafes, dinning and main beach or go the other way to fresh fish outlets, parks and bbq spots. You are so close to the brilliant Wharf and all it's restaurants as well as Sea Life Aquarium and Mooloolaba Surf Club.

Ceiling fans, Wifi, air conditioned living area, a Queen bed and 2 Singles to accommodate 4 guests. Great views of the river from the balcony and very well priced.
Safe fully fenced complex, safe undercover park for 1 vehicule behind gates. 3 flights of stairs.

Great location, hot apartment in summer.
Fantastic location. The unit was nice EXCEPT that it was hot in the bedrooms. The ceiling fan max speed was slow and useless. I would not stay here again or recommend it unless the bedrooms were air conditioned.
