We had a fine stay at this property. The only issue is that we paid cash for breakfast one morning yet they still charged me. I’ve called twice for a refund and no one will get back to me.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the breakfast charge. I can confirm that we have processed your refund. Please check your bank statement to ensure the transaction has been completed. If there are any further issues, do not hesitate to contact me directly.Best regards,Auberge Les Bons Matins
Great location for an event at the Bell Center. Bed was terrible. We stayed on the bottom floor- not easy access. I would go back but would choose a different room.
We booked 2 family rooms. They were huge and beautifully appointed. Very comfy beds, whirlpool, walk in shower, well equipped kitchen. Nothing not to like, and friendly folks. We’ll be back.
Everything was good - comfortable, clean with privacy, convenient parking. Breakfast was good, too. I would have appreciated having coffee available in the room, as well, but that’s a minor complaint. We enjoyed our stay!
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed and cute. The location was convenient and charming. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Dirty is too strong but it was not as clean as we expected ..the bathroom sink drained very slowly
This is a true gem in the middle of Montreal. We could walk anywhere and the service was excellent.
The breakfast in the morning is delicious and the staff are coutious and efficant. I loved the athmosphere and the kitchens charm. We felt in Europe.
If your looking for a charming place, with quiet nights...this is the place.
You have your own bathroom and balcony...this is great for a bed and breakfast.
I will go back and I recommend it to anyone.
The room was beautiful and spacious, we enjoyed the jetted tub after a long day of exploring.
The property is clean, there is limited parking onsite but if youre lucky enough to get a space there is a meteo station right across the road. We parked our car, got a pass and got around that way or by foot.
Breakfast is very good, the western omelet is the best we have ever tasted and well worth the money.
The front desk is not manned 24 hours which we knew before hand but we werent sure what to do about very noisy neighbours on our second night that kept us up until about 4 or 5 am. Not the properties fault at all but the walls are very thin and weekenda are very loud in the city.
Overall a great stay and experience, the staff were very friendly.
The staff were amazing! The room was incredible- loved the jetted tub and fire place. Breakfast at the inn was super delicious. The eggs Benedict and home made hot chocolate were top notch! The venue is across the street from the Metro. Amazing! Thank you Sam, Mia and the rest of the amazing team!
Rooms were unique and comfortable. Breakfasts were outstanding. Outdoor parking area was very convenient. Very close to restaurants on Crescent Street and St.Catherine street and Metro a block away. Very walkable to the Museum of Fine Arts. Highly recommended.
What a unique place to stay! We loved the historical building and unique features of this B&B. Check in was easy, and we were grateful they were able to accommodate our early arrival. Our room was comfortable with all the amenities we would expect, even a kettle for making an evening tea. The bathroom was a bit tight on size but everything was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The building was very quiet. The location could not have been better for attending a Canadien’s game at Centre Bell, and was a short drive from the sites of beautiful Vieux Montreal. We will stay again if our travels bring us back to Montreal.
The host and kitchen staff are lovely. Safe, clean, 5 minute walk to the Bell center which was ideal! Couldn't figure out parking but didn't think to call and ask in advance. Turns out there was some onsite but we parked at a garage a few blocks away. The road is under construction which made parking prior to check in interesting but it wasn't a deal breaker. Breakfast was 16/pp and yummy. Will be back!
The room was gorgeous, and smelled amazing upon arrival. My flight was delayed and I was concerned it would complicate the check in but it was incredibly easy! Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were incredibly kind!
Went into Montreal for a hockey game, perfect location and only 5 minutes to the Bell Centre.

After a last minute room switch at the property after we checked in, we discovered that the mattress in our room had a big hole right in the middle. This prompted us to look at reviews for the hotel. A previous guest noted that their mattress was broken as well, and indicated that they were in the same room we were. So this was not a new issue. I spoke to the staff downstairs to let them know about it. But due to a language barrier, I’m not sure they understood because I didn’t even get so much as an apology. I felt I paid good enough money to not have to sleep on a mattress with a large hole it in. That was pretty disappointing, and at minimum. An apology would have been appreciated. Especially since they had to know that hole was there when they made the bed. It’s a cool quirky hotel, but unfortunately I will not be going back.
the room is clean and cozy, accessible to the kitchen, coffee maker, perculator, microwave, free tea, coffee and condiments. Just a comment on the slippery ice surface on the parking lot behind the building.
Other that that, everything is good.
Funky unique decor, good basic accessories, quiet, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Bathroom could use a good cleaning. Good basic overnight accommodation.
The property is very unique and nicely decorated! I enjoyed all the colors and art. It's a beautiful change from standard hotel rooms. I recently stayed in the largest family suite. It accomodated my family wonderfully. The best part of this booking was the staff. Every single person was extremly kind, especially our server two days in a row for breakfast she was absolutely great! I highly recommend the breakfast here! And if you're catching a game like we did at the Bell centre its a very short walk so no drinking and driving! I would highly recommend staying here!
We enjoyed our stay at l'Auberge Les Bons Matins. It was very convenient for our show at the Bell Centre. A 5 min walk (or less). Accommodations were great and even received an upgrade to a suite. It was very much appreciated. As per typical downtown locations, parking is extra and was very accessible to our room. Will return when back in Montreal.
