Expedia and the Resort prices did not match, the resort information on Expedia said that all people will be charged the same regardless of age and room rates are based on a 3 person occupancy. The resort would not let us check in until we paid the difference of $650 for our son. Check in took 6 hours because when we tried to call Expedia no one answered after several attempts on hold..up to 2 hours with no resolution and all of the spending money on additional fees. It was an awful experience and we will never go back or use Expedia for any further vacations. We had hoped for a very different outcome being that this already cost so much and that we hadn’t been on vacation like this in over 10 years. We would never recommend or want someone to go through what we did. Jamaica is very special to us as we went on our honeymoon here 34 years ago and then our 20th anniversary and now at our 34th. Just wish it would have been the same wonderful experience. Sad to say it was not!
