S Hotel is small but beautiful. The pool and service are great and there is a beautiful beach with drink service provided. It is an intimate experience. The spa was incredible we got a couple message and Emmy my masseuse took me to a level of relaxation I’ve never had. Highly recommend the Irie baths as well which are included with your stay. The food was good with 3 restaurants on property as well as a high end coffee shop that stayed open 24 hours. Buffet by pool for a burger or grilled chicken is a nice choice. The room was clean and beautiful with a double walk in shower and soak tub with an ocean view. I would recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Wonderful, relaxing experience all the way around. Facilities were clean and well kept, and very comfortable. Staff was exceptional, kind, friendly and one of the very best things about this place. Food was good, with a nice variety to choose from (and available when you wanted something.). The pool and beach area were beautiful, with service being helpful but not intrusive. All in all- a beautiful experience in a beautiful place.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Food was exceptional! Only issue I had no wifi in my room the entire stay. But WiFi was available in lobby and other surrounding areas. My room may have been in a dead zone. However that didn’t ruin my stay definitely a 9.5/10 Experience.

The S Hotel definitely supassed my expectations. The staff was exceptional, professional, and welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious. The scenery and hotel was breathtaking. I want to give a special thank you to Andres, Zaria, Stephanie, Delroy and Makeeba those are just a few but overall everybody made my husband and I first experience the best. I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was. I have no complaints at all when it comes to the staff. What i did have complaints on was that we supposedly had VIP Acess but received not one bit of VIP treatment. It was also our honeymoon and you would've thought a little something wouldve been done for us but nothing! There was no night life on the facility grounds. EVERYTHING STOPPED AT 11PM. No dancing, no parties, no food, other than the cafe, no room service after 11. We felt like children with a curfew. This resort i feel like is geared more towards older couples, or retired people who just want peace and quiet. This is not the resort geared towards younger people trying to have a good time. Oh, and the choice of restaurant options were VERY limited. Lovely, clean resort, besides those things.

Absolutely stunning property! the Beach is the best around with walk out snorkeling. Everything was great, the room A the food A the hotel overall A Worth every penny. We have stayed many places all over Jamaica over the past 20 years but this is our new favorite and we will return to here in the coming months. Thank you to the "S Hotel staff" for a great vacation.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating, service at the S.Hotel was unbeatable, food delicious, truly loved the Red Snapper prepared for us at the outside grill. Food in restaurant lacked variety for Vegans. I'm a mature women however I like to party on vacation example pool parties, the S. Hotel is lacking in this area.

The property was beautiful, the staff was great. We felt relaxed and cared for at all times. Please if you visit, know that this a boutique hotel not a resort. Set your expectations accordingly. We enjoyed the peace, quiet and beauty of the property. The food was delicious but the variety in the buffet is limited due to the size of the property. Like I said it is not a resort, so an abundance of choices of food will not be available. What you do receive is quality food and drinks that are not watered down. We are looking forward to our next visit. If you do visit, make a stop at Usain Bolt's restaurant next door and Pier 1 on the beach. Next time we go, we plan on doing a private beach dinner at Pier 1. I have no regrets staying here besides not springing for that 7th day.

My wife and I, we stayed at this hotel for 6 days, it was a great experience. We have zero complaints. Food was delicious, the personel was great. The place was clean. Even when we forgot to request room service, someone from housekeeping still came around to check if we need service. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Loved it there.

The stay here was absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided to spend our 5 year anniversary here and that was probably the best decision ever. I can not wait to go back with our friends in August. The pristine sandy shores provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation and recreation, adding to the allure of the property. The entertainment team at S Hotel deserves special mention for their outstanding performance. Their communication of the daily schedule was clear, their enthusiasm and genuine concern for guests' enjoyment were palpable. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the dining experience, particularly at the buffet. The quality and variety of food surpassed expectations, with each meal a gastronomic delight. While the restaurants were satisfactory, the buffet stood out as a culinary masterpiece. What sets S Hotel apart from other all-inclusive resorts is its unique ambiance and character. The SHotel was absolutely amazing! I spent 2 weeks researching on Expedia looking for an all inclusive package as it would be for my honeymoon stay. The entire team at SHotel is amazing! The FOOD is outstanding from the breakfast buffet to the reservation restaurant options. The drinks aren’t watered down straight from the bottle to your glass. The hotel is located a few steps away from the clear blue beach. The front desk supervisor Zaria Smith assisted us prior to our stay by answering all our questions, she was patient and kind. It’s an adult only hotel which we preferred. Its states a boutique hotel however it didn’t feel small. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying at the SHotel. We are already planning when we can go back!

My friend and I had a lovely stay at S Hotel Jamaica. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. No question was left unanswered and there was always someone to assist with anything we needed. The property was clean, comfortable bedding and a great shower. The beach was perfect, and we enjoyed the pooltime and activities offered. We always felt like there was something to do, the enterainment was abundant. The food was decent, our favorite were the 24 hr Cafe for their smoothies and sandwiches, and the Jamaican restaurant as well. Would return in a heartbeat!
