I loved that we could see the water from our cabin. I also liked the pool area. It was a great place to watch the sunset.

This is my 4th stay and my requests are never met. I book as soon as the calendar opens and request to b next to other friends traveling the same weekend. It’s never met. Also for $500 a nite I would think my request should be honored especially booking so early. Called and spoke to a manager 3 times to no avail. There was a waterfront cottage available but the manager would not give it to me Most likely not going to go back next year But the front desk receptionist was excellent

Nice pool with a view. Great girl at check-in handled our comedically delivered request for a room with a better view with returned laughter and attentiveness. Freshly remodeled exteriors look great. What seems to be lacking at this property, however, are the small management details (perhaps because it's the end of the season approaching???), ranging from a complete lack of silverware in the room's kitchenette to the absence of towels in the bathroom to the last three creamers by the Keurig machine during the morning "rush hour" and the disaffected explanation of "Oh, sorry, they're on order."

The swimming pool is heated, the sitting area poolside is nice with high chairs with water view. The studio was nice with fridge, stove and sink and had dishes and utensils. Quiet and clean.

The sheets had holes, no bath mat provided. Two bath towels. One wash cloth and one hand towel provided for 2 people, pool hours not posted or explained. Blinds in bathroom were broken so couldn’t be closed. Some outlets didn’t work. Strong smell of perfume or something in the room but all was Not enough to ruin the stay, but Decent location, clean pool and beach area.

This was a great place to stay because of the proximity to the beach (Sunset Beach), the pool, and all of the amenities in our studio. We were surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen, a full-size fridge, and a deck with table and chairs for our unit. The bed was pretty old and seemed in need of repair, but otherwise the room was fine. No coffee creamer for the free coffee in the lobby was a disappointment. Office desk has limited hours and they didn’t provide much info at check in.

We stayed 2 nights in apartment 8, so hotel policy is they don’t clean the room or change towels. You can do to the desk at 4:30pm if you want towels. The unit didn’t have any extra toilet paper, and no sheets or pillows for the pull-out. We were disappointed in the unit. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The pull out was a couch with a futon like two pillow pull out from the bottom. Wasn’t really a full size bed.

Worst room experience ever.
This was by far the worst room I have stayed in. The condition of the room was very poor. Everything was old and about to break. The room was not kept well and was smelly. The room was worst than a 1 star hotel. The towels were washed but smelled. It was a horrible stay for me and my daughter. Staying in the room was depressing due to the poor condition of the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were in a studio apartment.

This hotel is so beatifully located right next to the beach. I really enjoyed looking out my window and having a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean. However. I was very disappointed with the service. There is absolutely no vending machines, the staff stated they cannot supply us with just 2 bottles of water. In a place with barely any service and being in a remote area, i found this very inconvenient. Additionally, the ice machines are locked and was advised by staff that we have to pay for the ice. For spending nearly $600 a night, this is just ridiculous. Oh, and the bed was by far the most UNCOMFORTABLE bed ive ever slept on. The floor wouldve been more comfortable. It was hard as a rock and i still have really bad back pain from this bed. Also, there is no cafeteria, no breakfast. No place to eat on campus. If this place wants to charge $600 per night, they really need to have the BASIC necessities available for their clients. The only reason this review has 2 stars instead of 1 is only because the view to the ocean was absolutely beautiful. I will not be revisiting this hotel in the future.

A bit disappointing for a 3 star hotel. The room had very cheap furniture. The bed and couch felt like it could break if we didn’t gently sit on them. The bathroom could only fit one person at a time and the shower was about 3 feet by 3 feet, which was incredibly uncomfortable. The staff is inattentive. They didn’t change our bed sheets or towels. When it came time to check out, there was no one at the desk. They don’t even have one of those bells you can ring to get the attention of the staff, so I had to yell towards their break room to get their attention. This place is really just a motel with a good location.
