Location is great, love that they supply chairs and towels for the beach. Great room on the second floor with ocean view. The gentleman that checked us in, maybe the owner was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and also recommend this property

A beautiful location and views made even better by the friendly owner and staff. The room was very clean and spacious, with a walking path to the beach just steps away. Loved our stay here and will most certainly be back in the near future. It was our first time in Montauk but we felt right at home thanks to the Hartmans’ Briney Breezes!

Just a wonderful place!
Had a wonderful time and the room was cozy with a balcony and partial views over the ocean. It’s a wonderful place and it’s close enough to everything walking distance. We’d definitely stay there again!

On the plus side, the beach is nice and just two minutes away. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. On the minus side, this is basically a motel. The rooms look onto a large parking lot with a small swimming pool and some patches of grass. There is no restaurant and no cafe, and no atmosphere. So, it's incredibly expensive for what it is. For those rates, I would expect a view and some charm.

Great getaway
Comfortable room with a balcony and ocean view. A bit of a hike from town, but that also meant fewer people on the beach. Would definitely return.

Owner actively manages property and is very receptive to requests. Literally across the street from a very peaceful part of the Montauk Beachfront. Only issue is that this part of Montauk is a tad bit far from the main spots.

Awesome Montauk Stay
Great, great family vacation to close out the summer. Location can’t be beat, right across the road from nearly private beach. Awesome ocean views from every room, well- maintained heated pool, lawn games and BBQs on the grounds. Would definitely stay again!

Private beach and Rooms with small kitchen, perfec
Clean comfortable room, kitchen in room, heated very clean pool, just walk across the road to a beautiful beach. Hotel had beach chairs & beach towels for guests. Tables and grills for guest BBQ’s.
