Shower were cold, toilet was broken (we alerted the staff to both issues) and there were packs of people staying in the rooms around us. Walls are paper thin and there were parties at the pool everynight betwee 3 and 5 am. terrible

Fix room's 4 moldy broken Toilet
It was pretty disturbing and disgusting to have to stick my hand in a moldy toilet tank to flush my broken toilet. Still havent been called back 2 days after calling for help.

We don’t generally expect much from hotels in Montauk but our experience here was pretty poor. We booked for the location which was the best part close to town and beach. Check in advertised at 4 which is already late, arrived and told they changed check in till 5. Someone was definitely smoking in the room, it had the strongest marijuana smell. We called and tried to switch rooms but there were no rooms available. They told us housekeeping was coming, they never showed up. Pool didn’t open till 10:00am, a little late if you have kids. Smallest stand up shower I’ve ever seen. Not the worst hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again. .

Not a good hotel for a family . Most of the rooms were rented to packs 20 year olds who partied @ the hotel all day and night (sometimes until 4 am) ,my kids couldn’t use the pool as the packs of 20 year olds took over the pool. Management did nothing to curtail the obnoxiously loud music and yelling until 4 am. We left a day early because we couldn’t take another sleepless night. Complaints to hotel went ignored. I’m sure if your in your 20s it’s a great hotel but definitely not good if you want a relaxing beach weekend with your young kids .

AC did not keep up and room was warm, asked it to be addressed and it was not and no communication was given from the property. Requested housekeeping services and did not receive any or any communication regarding this. Decent property, great location and the cost was much better than the rest but they could certainly tighten up some processes

I suppose that $600 for a room in Montauk on Saturday night is supposed to be good value in the crazy East End world but table stakes for any hotel is a good night rest. This place fails miserably in that regard. Clientele seemed to be college age/25 and under. Management has no guardrails in place for noise management. Loud thumping bass started coming through my walls at 12 AM and the music was going strong at 1 AM when I called in a noise complaint to the hotel. Went straight to an answering service and I never got a call back. On top of that there were two slats missing on my bedroom blinds and a powerful outdoor walkway leaked through to my bed. Did I mention there was no hot water for a shower? Stay away unless being a part of a MTV ‘Jersey Shore’ experience is what you had in mind.

Even with high 70s weather, we could not use the pool as it was not heated so if you plan to use the pool I would wait to go until July or August.

Suited our needs for a quick overnight local getaway to the beautiful east end. Room was cozy didn’t notice much staff, friendly at check in. Coffee maker in room but unfortunately they did not provide the coffee sugar and creamer packs to make a cup in morning. All in all would definitely stay again just to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Central to everything in Montauk

Stay somewhere else.
This hotel was gross. There is no housekeeping. They drop new sheets at your door and you make the bed yourself if you want new sheets. The shower was the size of a camper shower. The floor was absolutely disgusting.

Rooms are nicer than you would think based on the exterior of the hotel. So that was a pleasant surprise. Only negative was the pull out couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Basically all springs. But the mattress and bed were very comfortable.

Nice place
The workers are very nice, and the place is kept clean. They are doing many renovations. The floor around the pool needs more repairs, just wear sandals. Great location.

Not terrible, don't expect much though.
There was a large, probably family, staying the same weekend we stayed and were quite loud. The shower ran out of hot water after my wife showered. A hotel located a block from the beach must have hot water to wash the sand off. Also, the bed was legendarily uncomfortable.

The location is great and the place is nice for families. The Master Suite was nice, but the beds were fulls, not queens as advertised. There was a full kitchen with a stove and microwave, but no kitchen utensils. No colander, baking pan, knives or anything other than 4 forks, 4 spoons and 4 knives. There also was no tub as advertised and we were not given coffee or dishwasher detergent. Nothing special other than the location, given the price we paid.

We wouldn’t know. We made a reservation and 3 hours later they called us and said there was a glitch in their system. Very rude and unprofessional, wouldn’t accommodate us in anyway. Thanks to Expedia for finding us a place to stay.

A very reasonable hotel a block from the Atlantic ocean. The resort is a little run down and can use a little TLC. Then again it’s hard to maintain anything near the ocean. The staff was lovely, the pool was clean and refreshing. There are tables for the pool area so you could sit outside and eat however, no umbrellas but that could be because it’s the end of the season. The toiletries were plentiful. In the room there’s a nice size mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was firm and comfy and the AC Served as white noise with cool air. Off the pool, there is a large space that’s not being used, I could see a nice little restaurant or convenient store with souvenirs in there. I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Montauk and they’re all serve a perfect purpose just to sleep not to hang out there’s so much to do and see in Montauk. The perfect place for a weekend getaway.
