The hotel is very beautiful and unique. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly, the front desk staff was okay, some were nice and some had a bad attitude. There is a party by the pool area almost every night, it didn’t bother us as much since we went to sleep late anyways but I could see it being a bit frustrating for people who need the quiet to sleep. They do have nicer rooms that further away from the main pool which can provide additional privacy and quietness. Parking was very easy and convenient. The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the airport, 25-30min from Venice, 15 mins from Treviso downtown, and around an hour from Bibione. Plan your meals well, while they do have breakfast, it is only from 8am-10:00am, most days they have lunch and dinner (food options are okay, not too much variety). They did closed them early at times without notice and the main restaurant (and almost every restaurant near the hotel) closes on Sunday. Overall, it was a good stay.

Room was not cleaned. Dirty towel on floor used tea cup, empty water bottle on counter . Trash can full. Air conditioner did not work at all. Very disappointing . It calls it's self a villa not at all , Next to a villa just a 5 story hotel. No bar staff available. Never again.

Very well located, clean hotel.
Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast with many choices, much better than waht expected after reading some reviews. Excellent value for money, we will for sure come back.

Stayed here with my wife and 8 month old daughter, after 4 hours trying to get the crib in my room I booked weeks in advance, one arrived unsafe, about to collapse, 2nd and last one the hotel has arrived, same again! Couldn’t risk sleeping my daughter in the crib due to it being ready to fold in and collapse on her even though I was told by the receptionist it was ‘fine’ Gave hotel opportunity to make up for the situation, they didn’t seem bothered. Won’t be staying again

All Cage - no bird!
The biggest problems were the location, the absence of food at lunch and the fact that the AC is set at the front desk. We had to move rooms at night because the AC was not working. Then we could not set the AC in the new room because it was controlled by the front desk. NO LUNCH food options. Pool bar serves light snacks - which is great - EXCEPT - when it is raining or if there is an event at the pool. Then you are stuck in the middle of nowhere - in an industrial district - without food options. Staff is helpful to a point, but they cannot over-ride the management policies. Today's breakfast included what appeared to be left-over pastries from yesteday's wedding - NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

We stayed one short night before an early flight out of Marco Polo. Hotel was dated but clean and the front desk was very professional and courteous. Room service was difficult (we gave up and went to sleep without eating) but otherwise it was fine.

Fabulous holiday
Amazing time here. Very relaxing. 2 pools, nice hotel and great breakfast. Very clean and tidy gym and spa. Room was perfect size and clean. Staff were great. Supermarket across the road and bus stop just outside hotel to Treviso.

A good experience and they happily changed a night we couldn't use to a gift for a friend so it wasn't wasted. Helpful staff. Only issue was the room could have done with a little more fresh air.

1 week stay with a trip to Venice
Perfect. Pool fabulous and quiet during the day. No rush for sunbeds and plenty of shade. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel used by various coach groups but no problem whatsoever.

Great Villa Hotel 30 Minutes from Venice
Villa Fiorita is an excellent choice for travelers with a car in the Venice area. It is a 30 minute drive to Venice or a one minute drive to the Autostrada. We had a really nice one night stay here and were upgraded to the original villa in a room that seemed very new. Our room was right by the pool and the front of the building. The grounds are very pretty and it was very quiet sleeping with great AC something most Italian hotels do not have. The breakfast is a nice full buffet that can be had on either the lawn/patio or in the dining room. The food was very good. I would much prefer a stay here to the overpriced, over touristed places in Venice itself.

Good stop before Venice
High quality hotel a bit out from Venice. We stopped there before going into the city and we could rest in a spacious double room. The location is fourth reboot but high quality and great for resting.

As soon as we entered the hotel we thought wow this is amazing and looked really nice, even though there was maintenance work being carried out, it gave us a good vibe about the hotel. When it was our turn to be met, we got greeted by the receptionist like he has not even seen a human before, a very poor experience from the beginning. When asked where we can get something to eat, receptionist just pointed towards the outside and said there are a few places you can eat from there. No real guidance on where we could go, no leaflets, or no information was provided to what we can do in the local area. Baring in mind we were 2 hours early before check-in. When it was time to check-in we were yet again met by the receptionist, who spoke to us very rudely and looked at us like foreigners we did not feel welcome at all. Gave us the keys to our room and made us make our own way to our room, very poor customer service. From this day forth we knew that this trip was going to be horrible. Seemed like customer service is not one of the main priorities for this hotel. The least they could have done was greet us and welcome us to the hotel with happy faces, but instead we were met by very rude and arrogant staff members. 2 pools to choose from 1 of them was disgusting and was not clean. The rooms were ok, shower gel in small packets. Based on other reviews we had booked this hotel but have been very disappointed with the actual outcome of our visit. Will not be visiting here again.

What a stunning hotel. I was impressed with the outside park around the hotel. A nice elegant flair. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great pool area. Clean and well maintained.

This hotel is the best of this long trip We are taking this summer with my daughter. And for the price and the experience with the previous hotels that I booked for this trip in Italy. I was very surprised and pleased. Everything very beautiful and taken care off. Breakfast great. Room awesome.

fantastic stay
we were visiting monastier just overnight on a shopping trip from the UK. we found the hotel was incredible! we arrived after 9pm, and even managed a dip in the pool before a mojito or 2 in the pool bar.

Hotel is good, but I expected more,better looks on pictures, breakfast was excellent,big parking,the staff is solid, but not overly interested,clothes that I had forgotten in the room is not found,the hotel is located far from all,except if you have a car.In this case, you can sleep one nigh on the way to/from Venice.

Very impressed with this hotel! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there was lots to do within the hotel - great facilities. Good breakfast contrary to many other reviews. Staff very helpful and were more than happy to change our rooms closer together. The hotel itself is about 30 minutes away from Venice but it's a nice drive through country lanes and villages. The hotel was a bit loud due to a music event one night of our stay. Overall, would definitely come back ticked all the boxes!
