Dear Matthew, We are a little bit surprised to read this review, because during your stay you didn't ask at the reception to change your room, we had a triple room on the first floor available but we didn't know you disliked the room given you (a full-fledged Suite). Our pool has the suited filters and we clean it every morning, but there are a lot of trees in our garden and it's impossible to keep it perfectly clean. Dear Guest, When you book to our hotel it's written that extras like bar, minibar and city tax are not included. You had all the minibar prices on the desk in the room and in every hotel city tax and bar are never included. At the beginning you said you already paid extras, but it was't true. After that you told you still had to pay for them and it was our fault that you bought bottles of water because it was too warm, due to the not warking AC, but even if it's May outside there's 10 degrees, so AC is not necessary at all.
