Everything was very nice, clean, and the staff was very respectful. The breakfast options were nice, and just a solid hotel overall. Would definitely return next time I’m in Minneapolis.

Our hotel team is quite excited as we move into 2024 and a full renovation for our hotel. You may have seen some evidence of this refresh on your last visit. We have already installed new 55-inch television entertainment systems, and are almost complete with our swimming pool. Some of our rooms will soon have walk in showers. The next phases will involve new furnishings, wall treatments, flooring and amenities; we cannot wait for our guests to experience all that we will have to offer them.We discuss guest feedback every morning with the hotel team. This is a critical way of understanding how we can continue to deliver great experiences. It also helps us to focus on areas most important to our guests in this ever-changing world. Your candid commentary will be useful in the on-going training and guidance of our team members. Thank you again for your kindness.

I was suprised that the rooms were not well maintained. They were clean, but generally very worn out. The bed was very uncomfortable, and it was noisy all night.

Our team uses this vital information in our ongoing goal of guest satisfaction and training for employees. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I am very sorry that we fell short of meeting your expectations. I will share any additional with the leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place for all future guests.I am happy to announce our hotel will be undergoing an extensive refresh and renovation this fall, with many new furnishings and amenities to welcome our guests. Recently, we have been doing some exterior painting and landscaping, as well as LED exterior lighting for safety. We are also installing new 55-inch television entertainment in each guest room. This week we have begun adding all new tile and wall coverings and lighting to our pool area. We will also get new pool furniture. One of the next phases will be walk in showers in some of our room types. I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area, and that we have an opportunity to rebuild your confidence in our Fairfield by Marriott.

I would stay here again I believed I was getting it for a cheaper rate so that was a disappointment and a couple next to me is extremely loud and annoying but other than that my trip is going good

After checking in - discovered we were assigned wrong room - reserved Executive King - but we were assigned a handicap room. Clerk was very apologetic in the error. Luckily, reservations were low so able to get into the room we reserved. Had it been a busy night we would have been left to stay in a room we didn’t reserve. But then arriving to the newly assigned room, we discovered the door wouldn’t lock - we just walked right in! They were quick at fixing the door the next day - a little leery leaving our things in an unlocked room. Breakfast choices were strange - two chaffing dishes for serving hot items each morning but only eggs were offered - the second dish served only water. Toppings for oatmeal were plentiful but located at the farthest end of the counter from where the oatmeal was provided. Only gluten free bread choices - sliced white bread and English muffin. Kind of a hodge podge of items that cohesively didn’t make sense. Coffee was out - every morning we stayed. Had to ask to make a new pot - which they did - but staff should have more on top of checking items that needed to be replenished. Guess that’s what you get for ‘free’ breakfast. Probably stay elsewhere next time.

The staff - from the receptionists to the cleaners - were friendly and helpful. I had a package ordered to the hotel, and one of the staff came and found me when it arrived. The facilities are in good condition. Rooms are clean and stocked with the standard items you’d find in a hotel room. I really appreciated the convenience of the shampoo and body wash dispensers.

Rather disappointed with your breakfast items. We chose to pass it up and get food outside of your establishment. Previous ratings help us select your hotel but would select elsewhere in the future. Price is fair, easy to get to but have stayed in nicer hotels and expected more niceness.

The Fairfield by Marriott Roseville Minnesota is serving the all new Fairfield 2023 Breakfast. As a brand, we have moved away from the "buffet", and you got to experience the all new customizable breakfast menu. Of the hot items, my particular favorite is the spinach quiche. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and, again, I sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations.
