"There was nothing wrong with hotel, overall. I just thought my room had a microwave, and that there was free breakfast. Also, there’s a small restaurant in the lobby that gives the impression of Starbucks but it’s not. They do sell their coffee though."

Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis

"The Hyatt Centric was located in the heart of downtown and was especially close to The Armory and some great restaurants. The room was spotless, the bathroom had both a shower and tub and they sparkled. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was always available and super helpful. The bartender was friendly and made a great martini. We did not use parking, the gym, or take advantage of the breakfast option."

"Needs renovation for sure. Bathroom door stuck, makes loud noises when moved beds were loud, every time you moved the base would squeak. Room was incredibly hot all weekend. Thermostat would not go lower than 68 they were going to send a person but got to late and we had to go to sleep as we left rarly"

"If you like a colder room, bring a fan. We moved to 3 different rooms and in each, the temperature was warm. The AC just did not work well. The hallways were all sweltering as well. We very much appreciated the front desk staff for letting us move rooms, the 3rd room was cooler than the first two. There is a shuttle to/from the airport and mall of America — which was AWESOME! All of the drivers we encountered were so friendly. If it weren’t for the AC issues throughout the hotel, we would definitely stay here again."
