Booked this place Monday. Received a call from the place itself on Thursday saying they did not have 2 beds available and they supposedly booked my dad at their neighboring hotel and confirmed the neighboring hotel have their place ready for Friday. My dad drive 11 hours Friday came to check in only to hear that he was not in the system and can’t even get him a room because they were booked. So we went back to were it originated from and they staff can’t even help us. The only thing they told us to do was Expedia. I spoke with 2 people on Expedia, the first one was sort of helpful but he didn’t even stay on the line with me when i told him to stay on the line while I talk with the hotel staff. So I had to live chat with another representative and said my dad will get partial refund which shouldn’t be it since the hotel can’t book him at all. So we had to call the emergency Expedia line to get a full refund by having them contact the hotel to confirm they have no rooms available at all for my dad. With all those issues going on I can see how tired my dad must of been driving 11 hours. So we ended up booking him at a different hotel and have him drive another 27 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to any one. But if anyone is lucky to get a room there congrats.
