I had called four times to the ROSEVILLE MN doubletree location to see if it was possible to do an early check in. First, the customer service rep claimed to not see my reservation even with the confirmation number given to them. They then transferred me to another rep in LAS VEGAS to see if my reservation was set there. Second call no pick up. Third call rep states they couldn’t hear me and was going to end the call. Finally fourth was able to get ahold of someone who could find my reservation but was told I couldn’t check in early. When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk staff did not greet or seem happy at all. There was two front staff members who seemed more interested in talking to each other than the guest in front of them. Directions to the room assigned was not given to us either until we were walking around aimlessly looking for the elevator. When we got to the room, there was stains noted on the carpet, and dust collecting on the bathroom vent and air conditioning vents. The pool and sauna was very nice and clean. Loved that the best. We had accidentally locked our key cards in the room, so therefore had to go back the front desk for a third key card. Salma who was the clerk seemed annoyed having to issue another card to us. When it was time to check out, I had brought all three cards to the desk and let the clerk we were checking out of our room. No response, no thank you, nothing.
