The elevators are old and make sketchy noises going up or down The breakfast eggs were dry on the outside and like…gross in the inside Their carpet looked like it wasn’t vacuumed, rather swept with a broom And I had an issue staying with my service animal and being bombarded about a pet fee.. eventually the pet fee was removed by who ever the manager is- she was helpful, but the rest of the staff- like check, made me feel uncomfortable and very anxious staying there by the way he and his trainer attacked me about a pet fee

Good water pressure and comfy beds
Felt the need to wear my shoes in the room due to the carpet not appearing to have been thoroughly vacuumed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well though. Scoring in the middle.

The hotel guest service representative in the morning was very rude in the morning when we had let them know we had overslept and that we were looking to extend our stay they proceeded to treat us with zero hospitality and threatened that we would be notified to vacate upon non-payment within 20 minutes. We proceeded to pack our things and leave as we were both very upset with the way it was handled and I will not be staying at Comfort Inn again

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. I have always had good service. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I really enjoyed the strawberry mini-waffles at the breakfast.

My husband and I stayed at the Comfort Inn while visiting our daughter in the St. Paul area. We needed a pet friendly hotel so our Yorkipoo could come with us. Sometimes "pet friendly" hotels or rooms are a bit run down. Not the case at the Comfort Inn! The room was beautiful, with comfortable beds and attractive furnishings. A very good, hot breakfast was provided each morning. The outside of the building was also very attractive and there was plenty of free parking in the lot in front of the hotel. We will definitely return to the Comfort Inn when in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area.

I’ve stayed here before when it was part of a different chain. It continues to be a good option in St Paul. It is close to the major freeways and to the multiple shops in Woodbury. The breakfast is fine. In short, everything works! I’ll be back.

Check in staff was very rude. She lacked severe customer service skills. Very unfriendly or welcoming. I would not go back to this hotel specifically because of her. The rest of the hotel was ok but it was evident on the third floor someone was smoking marijuana which was very unpleasant.

Convenient location, great front desk service, very clean, nicely appointed, and wonderful continental breakfast. My only disappointment was that the weight machine in the exercise room was unusable, as the cables were all twisted up & I couldn't make it work.

Very clean. The tub was TOTALLY Slippery and hung onto the grab bar the entire shower! I did report this when checking out............otherwise very good!!!
