長岡大花火大会の際に夫婦で利用しました。長岡駅からは新幹線で一駅の浦佐駅から徒歩3分ほどの立地で便利です。また、浦佐駅前にはコンビニもあり助かりました。ホテルの施設は古い為、ウォシュレットは付いてなく、また冷蔵庫も小さい為、たくさんの食料品はは入りません。冷凍庫はないので不便な点もあります。シャンプーがリンスインのタイプですが日本人の髪質には合わなくて、髪の毛がクシ通りが悪かなるので、コンディショナーを持参することをおすすめします。 エアコンの効き具合は良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は優しい対応してくれました。

大会の繋ぎで宿泊しました。泊まるだけなので価格優先で選びました。部屋が全てツインのようなので一人で泊まるには十分過ぎる広さです。設備は古いですが、泊まる事に特化すれば十分だと思います。フロントの方は良かったりそうでなかったり。

設備が古く配慮が足りない
トイレの便座が冷たくてウォシュレットなし。 冷蔵庫が小さく冷やしたい分が入りきらず困った。 10:00チェックアウトなのに8:30に帰る時にエレベーターの中に剥がしたシーツなどが床に置いてあり不衛生だった。 ウエルカムドリンクなし、コーヒーサーバー故障素泊まりしかないのに1泊の料金が¥5000以上する。
