Beautiful apartment, very well appointed and pet friendly. Lovely chocolates on arrival and air conditioning on when we got in (heat wave conditions outside). The beds and lounges were comfy, the kitchen with dishwasher was great and has everything you need. The washer/dryer was really useful and clothes dried outside super quick on the line. The two courtyards (front and back) were ideal for the dogs. Great location and central to everywhere we had to go on our visit. Would highly recommend staying here and if we’re travelling outback again would definitely book in at the Olive Apartments.

The unit is in a great location, a couple of blocks from restaurants and bars. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. I would stay again if I’m ever in town again.

112 Olive is a wonderful place to stay. Very central and the apartment was just gorgeous. Had a couple of issues but they were sorted out quickly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Mildura.

The property was immaculately clean and everything that we needed was available for our stay. We chose this property primarily because it was pet friendly and found that the property was well suited to well behaved pet. We appreciate that our hosts made us feel welcome with their unobtrusive communication and with the amenities provided. I recommend this property.

A small group of 4 apartments that are in a quiet location and within easy walking distance to the main shopping area, restaurants and entertainment. They are modern, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Little treasure
Clean and tidy 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely big TV. Great amenities. Close to shops and where my work was. 1 small thing for me, was the bed was a little firm for my liking. Im sure others would love it.

Perfect place to stay when travelling with a dog! The place is lovely, and there’s a decent sized backyard for pets to play in. The owners are friendly and easy to communicate with, and the self-check in made the process very convenient.

A great property with excellent features. Everything was comfortable, scrupulously clean. The only thing I would have appreciated was a dishwasher. But everything great, especially the fenced outdoor area as we were traveling with our dog, Ebbie, so she gives her doggie vote to add to our human votes

Overall the experience was very good. There is a few things that need to b updated but nothing of importance. A little fresh paint around the place and some ant rid would help. Maybe a newer tv as it was not a smart tv. Besides that it was in a great position near town and very quiet.

We were so impressed with the apartment! It was immaculately clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay including a great space for our dog. The town is within a short walk which is great. The owners were great to communicate with too. So impressed. This will be where stay everytime we come to Mildura.

Stunning presentation, great location for accessing the amenities in Mildura. Excellent communication from the owner in the lead-up to and during our stay. The owner went above and beyond in returning an item that we had left at the property. We cannot recommend the apartments highly enough.

Perfect for family- plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds, ability to cook your own meals if you want to, and pet friendly too. Good central location and quiet surroundings. With the pool this place would be perfect! Highly recommended.

Size does matter
It was lovely to have plenty of room to stretch out. Even though we didn’t use them, this apartment had a kitchen and two bedrooms. Such a change from a hotel or motel room where you have to watch TV from the bed, we had a lounge room. Very close to shops and restaurants. Very quiet with only 4 apartments.

112 Olive Apartments was a great place to stay, it was clean, had 2 court yards - 1 with BBQ & was close to amenities. Would highly recommend to stay 112 Olive Apartments.

This is the best apartment/town house I’ve stayed in. Originally from Mildura but moved to Melbourne a year ago, my stay felt like a vacation at home. It was beautiful! Will def book again and again and again! Thanks Dennis for the hospitality! (I had lost my phone prior and lost all info but he was nice enough to organise my booking with out the 21 questions) super happy I chose to stay here!

The apartments are very well managed. You receive plenty of communication from the owner, and are provided with everything you need. Their use of a keyless entry system provides excellent flexibility for check-in times. The apartments are very clean and have everything you need.

Comfortable, well presented accommodation within walking distance to convenient amenities. Set in a quiet street with 4-5 units together. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely return there on my next trip.

Brilliant stay........everything you need
We had a great stay and made even more comfortable by the owners. They even went to the trouble for making sure the heating was on ready for us to arrive as we were arriving late and had a busy schedule. Very clean and comfortable, close to main attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, modern motel close to main part of town
Great service from Dennis at the Olive... quickly contacted me after I booked. Instantly answered all my text messages re our room & arrival. Arrived late, with entry codes on my phone. Simple & quick entry, close undercover parking. Plenty of room for 4 adults in very well equipped apartment. Only disappointment was the fact that we couldn't stay longer!
