Amazing place. Perfect for traveling the next day from MXP. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was extremely clean and cozy. It gave me the feeling of staying at my own place! I’d definitely come back.

Clean, friendly staff, large room with comfortable bed.m and a balcony. It’s a little out of the a way from public transportation so you’ll need a car. I’ll be happy to stay there again.

The place was in he middle of nowhere with only one option for dinner, a pizzeria down the street. The room was on the 4th floor, no elevator, very basic. The property was under construction. Breakfast was very limited, pre packaged croissant, and a small slice of a store bought coffee cake, 2 types of juice, pear or orange. One small cup of coffee.

Room very pleasant. Lovely modern bathroom. I arrived late, after midnight, as my 'plane was delayed, they kindly waited for me. No water in the room. No glasses in the room nor in the bathroom. No lift Breakfast very basic. Only Apricot juice or water. Small croissant, dried toasts in cellophane or mini cakes, with a choice of Honey, Nutella, strawberry or cherry jams. Tea or coffee. I was offered a piece of a fruit/treacle tart too. I am afraid not to my taste. However, Franco and Rosa, the hosts, were very pleasant and accommodating which made fpr a nice atmosphere.

We were charged for the airport shuttle and we had to insist that they come get us immediately as opposed to waiting 2 hours at the airport. Getting back to the airport cost double (20EU) and they wouldn't accept credit card, it had to be cash. The actual room was fine. Clean and nice.

It was clean and quiet. Accommodating about driving to and from the airport. They charge a fee but were willing to drive even at 4 AM.

Pleasant surprise
Moonrose was a pleasant surprise. I needed a last minute place to stay for my early flight the next day so I booked one night here. The lady who checked me in was super nice and although she didn't speak great English, was very accommodating. They offer a shuttle service to the airport for whenever you need for 10 EUR, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The phone number to ring to arrange collection from the airport in Milan was incorrect, the numbers 3 and 9 need to be omitted. Breakfast not so good. The owners were very pleasant and although I don't speak Italian and the lady very little English we managed

Clean, comfortable and a good value!
Beautiful small room very comfortable and very nice people but English is not well understood, but with google translate you can get by! Good little restaurants and market nearby! If you don't have a car they will shuttle you but there is a charge of 10 to 20 Euro each way. That said, I would gladly stay again as it's new and comfortable!

It was a very nice place, sparkling clean and host was very friendly. My only issue was you had to use the room key to get out of the gated apartment, which seemed like it could be a bit of a safety issue. Otherwise, wonderful place!

Nice couple. We stayed here for 1 night to be close to the airport. Short 10 min drive to airport. Liked- close pizza place near by, airport proximity, room had AC and a nice balcony. Dislike- little English

The Moonrose was a pleasant accommodation although just a bit out of the way. We only spent 1 night there but the room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean . The owners were friendly and even took us to the airport in the morning, for a cost

was difficult to find. was a room in an apartment complex- no parking spaces available, noisy with barking dogs and every time someone else checked in, could hear everything, no AC. host was nice but didn't speak english and didn't get up at arranged time for the "breakfast" which wasn't really much of anything. we rummaged in the breakfast area and made our own coffee.

The hotel is far from the airport. The only way to get there is by taxi. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is just a couple pieces of bred and coffe, te or milk. Very nice hosts.

Modern BnB with great family
Family bed and breakfast. Very welcoming, will drop you off at the airport if need be. The room was really clean and brand new almost. Washroom was brand new as well. The beds could be slightly more comfortable but not bad overall. Close to MXP Malpensa and also nearby restaurants are good. Make sure to try the pizza place around the corner

Horrible experience
Hotel Moonrose (near the Airport Malpensa, Italy) charged me but didn't provide any service. Last April I booked 1 night before my flight but I could not get to the hotel because they didn't answer their office phone for 2 days before my flight and I couldn't order an airport transfer they have promised to provide to their guests ( which should be orderd 48 hours in advance). I sent many E-mails to this hotel but never got any answeres. I had to cut my stay in Milan and move to Malpensa airport in the morning of the 9th in order to get more information about this hotel. The info desk in the airport gave me their cell number, but both: office and cell line were busy all day long though I called non-stop. I had to sleep in the airport for the 1st time in my life. It looks like a scam to me. I don't know how Moonrose hotel was approved for their work, they shouldn't be in this business. By the way, a taxi won't take you there, the drive is too short.

Nice and quiet hotel
The place is a hidden gem. It's cute, clean and makes you feel like in a holiday in the countryside. I recommend it, but make sure you rent a car or have someone to pick you up because it's hard to get there.

Great bed and breakfast near Malpensa Airport
We slept there one night before our early flight. The room was new, spacious, clean with a double bed upstairs and 3 more separate beds in the living room. Although we left at 4:00 a.m. the manager gave us juice,cookies and croissants for breakfast the night before and was very helpful. there is no air conditioning and you cannot control the heating but we were alright with the room temperature. Sometimes there is no one there to open the hotel so make sure someone will be there when you arrive. Calling them for a non Italian speaker is useless. I would recommend to communicate with them by mail, Daniele answers in English.

Basically an upscale hostel
It's basically a guest room in a townhouse in a rundown looking neighborhood. It is convenient to MXP airport, which is why I stayed. But one needs their own car in this area, so public transport around. The room was a double bed and a set of bunk beds. It's a residential community and kids were screaming outside until late, which was easily heard in the room. The owner is friendly enough but doesn't speak English well. She wasn't able to get the WiFi to work, simply stating her son knew how and he wasn't here. Also, she charged us as we were rushed and leaving in the morning. We thought we already paid through Expedia but rather than try to argue that we already paid while we were later and later leaving for the airport, we just paid again and left. The room was clean.

Not as close to the airport as I had expected but the owners provided free shuttle. We had to catch a very early flight so they left us breakfast outside our room on a tray. Nothing was hot but a good breakfast none the less. All I had to do was plug in the coffee pot. The owner told us of a very convenient pizza place for dinner just one block away. The room was very bright, clean with a nice balcony for viewing the neighbors. It was good except that there was no air conditioner or fan. We had to leave the doors to the balcony open for a breeze as it was a very warm night.

MOON ROSE UNDER CRYSTAL SKIES
Nch'allah , this was a beautiful stay .Very nicely decorated rooms , with immaculate bedding and curtains etc., pristine condition [ very clean ]. Helpful and friendly family run this guest-house and Davide , one of the suns took extra time to help me on this trip . I predict a great future for both Miln and Italy , thanks to this inestimably great team . PIENO DI GRATZIE .
