Beautiful views, nice neighborhood
Our family enjoyed our week in this spacious 2 bedroom. The master suite was perfectly situated to enjoy sunrise and sunset from bed- or step out on the balcony that surrounds. Everything appeared pretty updated and clean. We did cook at home several times and had to learn how to use a different style of stove/oven than we are used to, but it all worked and we got a good laugh. We enjoyed walking around town and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. It was nice that it overlooked the pool so I could easily keep an eye on my teens even if in our room. If we returned to the area I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Coconut Grove perfection
The condo was great. We loved the views from every room. The main bedroom was especially comfortable with a wonderful view. The second bedroom showed a little more age, but was usable.
We loved the location. Walking distance to the marina, a grocery store and many excellent restaurants.
Our only complaint was out of the control of the condo owner. With one or two elevators broken, we experienced long waits for the elevator, but, planned accordingly.
There is lots of work happening throughout the building. Ohhh, it’s going to look nice. Right now, you’ll smell paint in the hallways from time to time and meet construction workers in the service elevator.
Final thing to keep in mind, the building’s restaurant is being remodeled, so no food is available on-site.
If we return to Miami, we’ll surely book this condo again.

The view was beautiful, the neighborhood was safe and nice with many dining options within walking distance. The free parking was in a garage and directly connected to the property (which is nice if it rains). I would definitely stay here again!
