Clean, comfortable rooms Good staff Reasonable price Breakfast quality is above average for sure compared to other hotels Good facilities and services Close to the Everglades, Keys, and not too far from Miami either - Immediate area is questionable and doesn’t seem the safest. We were warned by a local that said there are weird people around although we didn’t really see any. I would say it’s safe as long as you aren’t walking around especially at night. The motel itself feels pretty safe although not the prettiest from the outside. You get all types staying there including families and foreign tourists so you don’t feel out of place.

This is a unique find. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. The water is hot. The price is great. They have onsite security. A lot of repeat business was noted. The breakfast was ok. Waffles and boiled eggs and cereal. Gateway to the Everglades and Keys.

The room was clean, but the towels were thread bare. One of the worst mattresses i have ever slept on. There seem to be many long term residents. Many were partying in the parking lot until midnight. There is an area with picnic tables, no smoking signs around, it was just another party area with cigarette butts all around. I have never given a place a one star, clearly this one deserves it!
