Took my kids and mom on their first out of the country vacation and this hotel exceeded my expectations! I had read the reviews and made the choice to book as it was family friendly. We had the junior family suite and it was huge! The view was perfect our balcony overlooking the whole resort. Maribel our housekeeper made sure to arrange my sons teddy bears every night she paid attention to these tiny details that showed she cared about us feeling at home. Adrian our concierge welcome us and was extremely accommodating. The spa is a must! Food at the buffet was sooo good my kids had a ball. Bluewater grill was my favorite the steak cooked to perfection and service was on point! Make sure you take advantage of the activities with Mimi the activities staff really do a fabulous job at engaging with everyone! Lastly we celebrated my son’s birthday and they treated us with some delicious treats! Thank you for treating us all so well!

The staff was top notch! The property was decent; could use some upgrades. What I didn’t like was we were at an all inclusive resort, however, there was up charges for food. That didn’t feel right. What I like was the abundance of beach lounges and seating availability around the pools and the beach! The food was okay, not bad, not great. Would definitely go back again!
