Positioned on the popular Fishpen in Merimbula, this architecturally designed and beautifully appointed apartment is ideal for your family holiday!
In a complex of only three, 'Rolling Waves 1' with its top of the range appliances and modern furnishings offers gorgeous accommodation and amenities and features private access to Merimbula's beautiful Main Beach! Being only a short level walk to the lake, corner shop, cafe's, playground and Merimbula town centre, this really does make for a family friendly holiday!

Rolling Waves 1 comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6). Downstairs has two large bedrooms with bathroom including a bath and full laundry. Upstairs has a large open plan living with polished timber flooring, dining area and full kitchen with stone benchtops and dishwasher all opening out to a huge entertaining deck with sun lounges and outdoor dining setting, perfect for relaxing and family barbeques. Also upstairs there is a third bedroom and bathroom. Reverse cycle air conditioning, Free WIFI and TV, DVD & CD player.

There is a baby high chair and safety gate for the stairs if required and for your enjoyment boogie boards and a surfboard for your use. There is a 2x car remote controlled garage.

Rolling Waves 1 is a dog friendly house (no cats). We allow a maximum of 2 small dogs. They must be house trained, clean and well behaved. The townhouse has a fenced courtyard area connected to the laundry on the ground floor and a fully enclosed balcony to the first floor. We have a fully covered dog kennel in the courtyard, and a trampoline bed, to accommodate your pet. Dogs must not be left unattended for extended lengths of time, in either the house, on the balcony, or in the courtyard. Simple house rules, and respect for the property must be observed at all times. Guests must take full responsibility, including the cost of cleaning up after, or repairing any damage caused by your dogs.
Air-conditioned accommodation at this apartment offers DVD players and a hairdryer. Rooms open to balconies or patios. This accommodation is furnished with dining tables and kitchen islands. Kitchens offer fridges, hobs, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils.

Bathrooms include a shower. This Merimbula apartment provides complimentary wireless Internet access.

Easter Break
This property is in a fantastic location. The dog friendly beach is literally just behind the property. My family enjoyed many days on the beach swimming and walking. The property was very clean and comfortable. It has a beautifully balcony to unwind and enjoy a barbecue/ evening meal. This is the second time at this property for us and we would definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was well fitted out. It’s very close to the beach and to town. Being pet friendly meant our little dog could enjoy the stay too. Would definitely come back again

The unit was clean, comfortable and nicely located. The only downside was that the TV reception was problematic due to aerial issues. Hopefully this will be resolved for the next tenants

Excellent location, with access to the beach from the back yard, beautiful walk to Pambula and back.
Great location and access to the beach. Only a short walk into town. House is clean and tidy. Kitchen has most things for those who like to cook. We stayed at the start of spring and the house needed airing as smelled, especially the downstairs bedrooms. All the better for airing and heating. So much to see and do. Lots of great walks. We will be back!
