I loved my stay. Spent 3 nights during the Formula 1. Spacious, clean, comfortable, fully equipped apartment in quiet surroundings, with a beautiful view (21st floor) - free tram to the city right outside the front door. Very friendly reception. Only concern was the carpet in the bedroom was a bit stained - hardly their fault, but I was a bit worried I might be blamed and lose my bond - maybe an apartment condition report could be available.

Great location, great communication from reception. Unfortunately there was washing left in the laundry, Cleaning was very badly done, sliding door was broken, But obviously the place is well used as it is in such a good location.

The most disgusting hotel you can stay at is the Winston apartments. Rude receptions dirty bedsheets and couch. Nothing is like the pictures they have provided on third party websites and their own website. Took two weeks for our bond to be released. When it took them less then 10 seconds to take it. Would never never recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful views from the Riverview apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with panoramic views.

My second time to stay here. We picked this one due to location, free parking and 2 bedroom apartment. Highly recommended as it was near the docklands with a tram nearby if you want to go the cbd.

No front desk and dodgy check in following some guy into his apartment after calling first. Excessive bond charged to credit card. Moldy food left in refrigerator and dirty stained bed sheets in second bedroom. Bond was not refunded. After questioning they said they charged me a cleaning fee for a red wine stain on the carpet, I don't even drink!! This establishment has been featured on TV and is well known for stealing customers bonds. Stay far away!!

Hi there, I've told believed that you mentioned is not Winston Apartments Docklands because our reception located downstairs of building 889 facing the tram stop 11 & 48. We use pre-authorization to pending the bond, not charged and you mentioned stealing customers bonds on TV happened another shutdown business on 2017-2018.

Location is excellent for Marvel Stadium. Excellent communication and very polite staff at checkin. Main disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. The carpets in the bedrooms hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. They were covered with clumps of hair and dust/ dirt.

View was great, amenities were great, apartment was clean. However hallway floorboards are all lifting & unstable & front of cutlery draw is broken. Overall nice stay for one night.

There were cockroaches in the the apartment. We did not use the dish washing machine as we saw there was food left inside. Dirts left on stoves. Powder detergent residues found in the washing machine. Need to improve. Bathroom flourescent tube did not work properly even we called twice to ask for changing or repair. But nothing was done. Room is spacious. Location is good. 2-bathrooms suit is an added value.

It's strategically located, just outside a tram stop. Unfortunately, the moment I stepped into the apartment, I felt disappointed with the 'city view'. I booked a unit with 'city view', but all I got was a view of the surrounding buildings. Not impressed. I raised this concern to the management, but they said I was supposed to 'advise' them a 'higher floor' upon booking. I found their response appalling. They should've not advertised the lower units as 'city view apartments'. It's very misleading! Anyway. I better off staying at other apartments next time. The bathrooms were also not cleaned properly.

The property is in a great location within Docklands Precinct, right opposite a tram stop. It is walking distance to a Woolworths supermarket. The city views from the apartment on the 18th floor were great. The 2 bedroom apartment only has 1 bathroom and toilet.

Could be better!
The stay was okay. I would rate it 4 star. Location wise was very close to free tram zone which makes traveling back and forth to apartment very easy. There’s free parking and a kitchen to prepare your own meal. I always booked a hotel and never stayed in an apartment. It’s a great experience. I would suggest disposable slippers since it’s a hard wood floor. I didn’t give it a 5 star because the place is not too clean. The person did not do a good job cleaning the apartment. There are hairs and cloth on the carpet in both bedrooms and there were garbage under the sofa cushion. He or she should inspect the area before renting.

The reception contacted us via text message prior to our arrival outlining check-in details, property location and how to find reception (including photos). At check-in, the receptionist clearly outlined how to access our apartment and directions to our designated secure carpark. Our apartment met our needs and expectations with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and well-appointed kitchen, laundry and apartment facilities. The location of our apartment was in the building at 883 Collins St and well located to Woolies, BWS, AusPost, Chemist and best of all, the last tram stop for No. 11 and 48 Trams to the CBD.

Good location with good amenities. The staff were very helpful and provided great instructions on how to find the building and how to check, in. The room was clean and comfortable and it was great to get free WiFi that worked brilliantly and even had Netflix.

Great location in Collins St Docklands. Excellent views of the city and bay from room. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms which was convenient. Great car park facility within building and easily accessible. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Australia.

Check in was 'interesting', not on the second floor as stated but on the ground floor. Could have been explained better. Language barrier at reception was not ideal either, hard to understand the broken English. $300 credit card hold seems excessive and has not yet been released, days after our stay. Apartment was lovely and clean but wooden flooring was very badly laid and a trip hazard in places. All in all it was a nice stay but could have been great.
