Good afternoon Amritpal,We are extremely disappointed that you were not satisfied with your stay. Please note that our accommodation is listed as 'not' pet friendly, therefore I find it surprisingly difficult to understand why you insist that your bed contained dog hair as no pets are permitted. Our villas are thoroughly cleaned after each guest has checked out with all linen changed.It is also difficult for me to believe that my Business Partner 'is very rude and not approachable', as per your comments.We pride ourselves on rectifying as soon as possible, any problems which may arise and hope that any issues are brought to our attention as soon as possible. We are disappointed at the score you have rated us.
