Outstanding staff from reception to housekeeping and maintenance, friendly and professional. Excellent location close to great restaurants and fitness alternatives. We really enjoyed the outdoor rear courtyard for a evening cocktail.

From start to finish this was such an amazing stay. I was able to check in early, the room was amazing, the bed super comfy and the front desk woman even helped me with my crazy heavy bag. It was in a safe neighborhood right near shops, food and public transport. Would recommend and stay again!

This is now my favourite Melbourne accommodation. The beds are just right, the layout is hip and suits remote work. It's close to restaurants and it ticks every box.

We’re a family of 4 (2A and 2C) and recently stayed here to attend the AFL grand final. This property was very close to the train station and only 1 stop away from the MCG. The self-contained apartment was well equipped, beds were very comfy, and the double glazed windows made the unit very quiet. We were very happy with our stay.

Very welcoming staff, excellent facility that supports a multi-day stay and plenty room to have guests. Fantastic location with great access to Chapel Street, Toorak Road and the city. Love it, and will definitelt stay again!

Fantastic location, close to great district and transportation to CBD. Very basic room, could use a good cleaning. Advertised as sleeps 6. Realistically sleeps 4 with 2 on floor to make 6. Hidden charges for sleeping 6 and parking (in hotels own lot). Would recommend for the location but won’t return due to cleanliness and lack of accommodation for our 5th guest.

The So Ya was a fantastic property to stay at, it was generally quiet, although close to the Train station so noise from trains every half an hour or so until 12pm. Otherwise, it was a nice quiet spot, very close to Toorak Road and lots of Dining options within a short walk. Also BWS & Supermarket close which was handy. All in all we had a lovely stay and Monica was very lovely & helpful : )

Fun times at So Ya
Second time we have stayed here, and this time we were able to bring our small black spoodle who had a great time! Super friendly staff, and very open communucation before we arrived and as we were travelling over, so that no detail was missed. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and in a great location with easy walking accessability to local cafes and restaurants

The artwork and decor of the apartment is fun and modern. Public transport and shops are less than a minutes walk away. In saying that, the noise from the trains might be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, a great apartment and would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival- met by client manager Monica who was so lovely- very helpful and couldn’t do enough to assist with any issues or questions. She showed me the accomodation- A great little retreat - very private and secure, quiet and close to all Sth Yarra has offer. Tram at your doorstep as are all the shops. Big screen tv with Netflix and all cable channels. Full kitchen and bathroom- Upon check out-Mami on reception was very friendly and helpful. Thankyou ladies for putting a smile on an old dogs face-Will come back

Great location - right next to cafe and round the corner to Sth Yarra station. (Handy if visiting the MCG or tennis centre!) Comfy bed, easy check in and super friendly hosts.

I wasn't a fan of the apartment we stayed in. The space we were given did not look like the photos, the shower/bath was incredibly difficult to use and practically broken and in terms of cleanliness and finishes - i felt it was really lacking. We informed the host requesting for the shower to be fixed and sadly still had troubles the next day. No discount was offered. Disappointed and will not be going back.

These apartments are in a great location, the property is an older quest apartments which has been renovated. Staff are very friendly and the rooms were daily services, huge rooms with lots of room and king sized bed. We would be happy to stay again ans have been here her a few times.

Nice boutique apartment building in the heart of South Yarra. Loved the amenities in the rooms, from google home, to smart TVs, and coffee machines, it is great touches. It is also great that they have pet friendly rooms.
