Do not stay here. You will be disappointed. I, prior to booking had read the reviews and thought "surely they would rectify that" so went ahead with our booking. From the moment we arrived, well it was all downhill from there. Collected our key, no problem there. Found our room hadn't been serviced. Rang management and got room serviced. The property is advertised as having a coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher and gym. No consumables supplied and fob key didn't allow access to gym. Contacted management numerous times, but nothing rectified. Went to the connoisseur desk, but don't want to know you unless your a permanent resident. Overall, very disappointing experience!

We are still waiting for a return ph call from night we checked in on 10/03/20. The small, dirty apmt room we were placed in at Empire Bldg, 81 A'Beckett St, Melb nothing like the expected standard of Exec Rm @ Australia 108 Bldg, 70 Southbank Blvd, Melb booked & paid for 6 mths ago on Wotif. The bldg we were placed in was 15 blocks further away from the bldg booked & from the event we were attending with other friends. We made several ph calls prior to our arrival to confirm the relocated accom would be the same or better standard than we had booked, given the inconvenience of the further distance. We were assured it would be of the same standard with the same amenities. We believe the email we received on 04/03/20 advising our booked rm was not going to be available due to a plumbing issue was an outright lie. We were placed in a very small 2 bdrm aprmt with ONE bthrm (not 2), 2 dble beds (not 2 Queen), no blankets, no extra pillows, no coat hangers, no instructions on use of dishwasher, washing machine or dryer, lock on main door to apartment unlocked every time the door was closed, 1 roll toilet paper for 3 ple for 1 wk. Stains on carpets, floors & every wall, dirt behind beds & furniture, food scraps & rubbish under lounge cushions, no broom, dustpan or brush to sweep/clean, no plug in the kitchen sink, broken vanity tap. All windows very dirty & some didn't close tightly-wind whistled through most nts. On 2nd day fire in basement - bldg wreaked of smoke so we left!
