Although the room could do with a revamp, I found it extremely comfortable and it was great for the short time I stayed. Quiet and safe surroundings, and it's placed in a convenient location with only a short travel to the main part of Dandenong. The owner or one of the staff that I checked in with (25/10/2023) was very friendly and accommodating. Would gladly stay here again.

OK Except for $100 Bond
Clean and in good condition Needs a bigger TV ,.. However $100 Bond is a bit rude , and now 3 days later Im STILL waiting for the $100 Refund of my Bond. Id have given Cash and requested Cash back had I known

The motel is in a good location, close to shops and places to eat. The rooms do need some renovations, but very good for the price. The rooms were clean apart from the walls.

I liked that the property was good value for money, was conveniently located to Sandown race track. Rooms were of good size, clean and functional. While the area where the Motel is located isn't that nice; it is only a short drive to find nice places for dinning.

The motel needs a lot of work. The owners were quite nice but the rooms are a bit dilapidated and there was no hot water for two days. There was very limited TV channels available
