The apartment was well designed and in a great location (loud buskers was an issue on 2 nights but that's the city) and we loved the pool land ability to easily explore the city.
However, the condition of the apartment was our first issue -not vacuumed, sticky floor tiles, lots of marks and damage to walls, dishwasher would not finish a cycle (5 hours and counting), microwave not working, limited cleaning products and fridge was frosted over. They cleaners came back to vacuum and clean tiles after i called which was good but imposed on our experience.
Secondly, communication was very poor. I struggled to get in contact with anyone as main number rang outand any contact was via hidden numbers so couldn't reply. Only when I complained strongly via email did I get a call back. Then I wanted an extension for another night and it took multiple phone calls, emails and 2 days to conform if it was possible.
We enjoyed our stay but the experience was tarnished by the really poor customer experience and condition of the apartment.
