These comments relate to Unit 308B, at Werribee Quest, from which we departed on the morning of 8/03/2024. No dishwasher logically means we had to wash our own dishes. The placement of the microwave oven cabinet at shoulder height above the kitchen sink resulted in me knocking my head against the cabinet about 5 or 6 times whilst washing the dishes. Really, the positioning of the microwave oven cabinet in this location is quite ridiculous. Also, the bottom hinge of the glass shower door was broken or somehow compromised, to the extent that the shower door would not stay shut, which resulted in water escaping onto the floor of the bathroom. Fortunately I had not placed the shower mat down at this stage.

Perfect location, Coles/Liquorland opposite, Woolies/BWS 500 m away. Spoilt for choice with food outlets although well equipped kitchenette to prepare own meal

Very convenient everything is just around the corner like grocery, eating places and super market Coles very handy What I don't like is the hotel could not find the phone to call reception, than the tv only on for 30 mins to 1 hr than automatic keep turning off. The staff could not find anything wrong with it. most of all during the night the aircon went wrong water was leaking to the carpet all night

We booked for 5 guests but had to ask for an extra bed to be set up. The TV wouldn't work and asked 2 times to have it looked at only to be told they were too busy. The TV was never attended to.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff on reception very helpful and friendly. A lot of eateries within walking distance. Must be an ambulance station nearby as there were many sirens going through the night and next morning.

This property is very comfortable, quiet and clean. The only two issues i had was the bedframe was made from timber and steel and you needed to be careful you didnt bump into it, could receive a bruise if you weren't careful and the bathroom was way too small

The shower needs a good scrub. Orange soap scum very evident in the tile grouting. Walking distance to pubs, cafes and restaurants.
