We stayed in the family room. Three adults. There was only two mugs for our hot drinks in the morning. Plus, not enough sugar in the room. The cost of parking for our overnight stay which was under 24hrs after a hotel discount was applied was $40. Very overpriced parking.

There was an error in the reservation. I was billed for a no show. I was told that if a representative of Expedia contacted them about the error, they would credit the amount billed to the correct date. I went through quite a bit to make that happen, but apparently I was given the wrong information. I had promises of call backs that did not occur. The customer service is friendly, but clearly does not follow-through.

Not what it used to be. We were on the airport side for the first time. It was noisy you can hear the aircraft and the walls are thin. Doors banging all night, some kids were screaming and jumping probably off the bed. Toilet was leaking all night and tap fell off every time when we used the sink, reception one woman very rude, the trainee made up for that. We sat there now and then but it’s list it’s farm for us now.

The property is currently undergoing pretty major refurbishment work so I can't really give them an "excellent" rating for conditon & facilities. Other than this, I cannot fault the hotel, I chose it for convenience as it's connected to T2. I had a cancelled flight at 1am so came over here without a booking. Derby checked me in and was very empathetic of my situation, she had a lovely manner. After a few hours sleep I got an email telling me I wouldn't be travelling until the following day so the front desk staff were once again very helpful with extending my booking and keeping me in the same room. I would definitely stay here again, much better service than Etihad airlines !!!

It works great for early or late flight connections. Just walk to the terminal via a connecting pedestrian skybridge. Nice rooms as well.

The convenience for the airport is a huge plus and the use of the health and fitness centre with pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym etc is such an added bonus.

It's a nice property if you need to overnight by the airport. Very quiet, nice rooms. Kind of pricey.

Beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. Was a great place to stop after a long flight for a luxurious shower and sleep. Love how there is a bath as well. Room has everything you could think of. I didn't want to leave!
