    public space of whole apartment filled with not so welcoming smell but was ok inside room. room with basic amenities. cleaning staff forgot to refill toilet papers. view was nice however the sirens from downstairs might be noisy at night if you have the windows opened. staff charged us extra night for parking lucily check out staff double confirmed with us and cancelled the extra fees

    Helpful, friendly, happy staff. Property is reasonably new and presents well. Well equipped gym. No in-house eating, but nice cafe immediately adjacent. Convenient location with public transport (bus, trams & trains) very close bye. Easy access to CBD. Very close to Queen Victoria Markets and nice cafes/restaurants - Hardware Lane highly recommended for nice, casual cafes.
