We paid for 5 people. Sofa bed didn’t have blankets and was broken. Towels only for 2 people. Not enough glasses. But location right next to Aldi was perfect. Tv didn’t work and receptionist rectified straight away. Beds were also too firm but location made the weekend good.

Location of property was great, property facilities such as pool and gym were great but the actual rooms need a bit of upkeep, blinds in main bedroom don’t work well, needs an update, starting to look old. Beds weee comfortable, TV difficult to operate unable to locate local channels

looks can be deceiving
the place misleads the consumer that its a 2 bed apartment. Its a one plus study which the study is a makeshift 2nd bedroom with no window or ventilation which would be non compliant. what is shown is not what you book. we ended up complaining through hotels com and changed hotels after the 1st night

The condition of the hotel room I stayed in had a couple of damages and were filthy. It seems as if it weren't cleaned or properly checked beforehand. Not worth the amount of money that they have charged me.

Milano Apartments
Apartment was wonderful , bright , clean and so close to everything . Second time staying at Milano Apartments Melbourne and plan to stay many more times. Hotels .com best price and supa easy to book also offered Afterpay …….excellent way to pay for a holiday

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of all attractions although the tram system was very close if needed. The apartment had everything that was needed although the sofa was a bit warn and dated. I would use this block again

Went down to Melbourne so my gf could visit the Queen Victoria Markets. Very close to this in walking distance. Small room, but comfortable. The only problem is we drove and parked, there is nowhere easy to park and collect your key nor to park an hand the key back. When we checked out (as driving) need to drive out then hand back the carpark remote, nowhere to pull over and hand the key/remote back. The apartment block also has permanent rentals, a resident was very impatient, refused to overtake me at the exit when my gf ran in to hand the key/remote back. I think the building management should send letters to the residents to be understanding of guests having to return the keys, they only need to wait a minute and do not need to sound the horn.

We tried emailing the property months before check in to secure parking and just never received a reply. The directions then given to park were terrible, we were told we were in a different “tower” in a different hotel (connected to ours) and it was so old and dirty just layers of dust, broken window panes and patched holes in the walls! Wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment was a bit 'tired' could do with a freshen up eg. painting, replace broken power points ( dangerous) broken glass door in cabinet in main bedroom, faulty lamp in twin bedroom, tv wouldn't turn off, had to turn it off at wall. On the plus side, Aldi next door, close to Swanston & Elizabeth St trams, pool, spa & sauna, not noisy,

Don’t stay here. False advertising, not a luxury apartment. Grubby floors, dirty fridge freezer, beds disgusting . Please please don’t go here. Checked in and checked out within two hours. Dodgy set up. 0/10.
