Perfect location for visiting Melbourne. Easy transport to Melbourne Grand Prix. Also easy to get to shopping and lots of city points of interest. Very comfortable and stylish with great views of harbour. Definitely recommend

We had a great stay. The apartment is large and we'll appointed with a excellent floorplan and an awesome view of the water and city. It's only a short walk to the tram, shops and restaurants. We can't wait to stay again.

The property is well placed in Docklands, making it easy to come and go. Car park was great and we had plenty of room to relax. We traveled with 2 familes and both stayed in separate rooms at the same location. Can't wait to go back.

Great place and location
It is not a hotel so there wasnt reception. But it was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location in Docklands. Very clean. Easy parking. Got a little loud with the businesses downstairs one night but closed the patio door and all good. Loved the patio too. Will look to stay here again.

We felt like it was our home away from home, everything we needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. Great view and great area, loved the opportunity to explore Docklands. Found some excellent places for take away dinners too. Only a couple of small negatives but they certainly didn't matter and were out of the owner's hands - garbage shute out of action and one lift out too.

Great location, close to Marvel Stadium, Cinemas, Southbank, DFO, free circle tram - all in close walking distance; even a small IGA supermarket downstairs. Pleasant view of the Harbour from the living area. Recommend for families.

Great location
My family was travelling from different areas for a wedding and my son arrived first. I informed the booking that this was the case and gave them permission to use my card ( the one I paid on ) as bond. My son was contacted 2 days before and was asked for his card details. It was difficult to navigate finding a way to access the car on level 3. Those details would have been handy to have. You need to go through the fire escape. Would also be good to have a map. Location and view is great and quite spacious.

Great place to stay while visiting Melbourne!
Lovely place to stay....great location, views and price. Near bus transportation, though walkable to city. Waterfront restaurants were just steps away. I would definitely recommend this location! Stayed in 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with my husband and daughter. We all loved staying there!

Fabulous location, good size and quiet
Booked a two bedroom unit as had young child. Quiet well equipped apartment with lovely views. Balcony was good size for sitting enjoying the views of the harbour. Early arrival from NZ so left bags at the local mall information office (part of agreement with apartments) - just beware they don't open till 10am. Luckily local cafe was open for coffee earlier. Friendly apartment staff and efficient key pick up and drop off. Rooms were good size. Only downside was a very smelly toilet area - reported to owners on leaving and trust they will attend to it.

Adequate, nice location. Somewhat spartan
The lcoation in the free tram zone is excellent. No complaints about facilities. Once the blinds are down the pedestrians and others can't see you. I checked in late at night and had to find keys and location.

Fantastic apartment spacious and clean in a quiet location but yet short walking distance to tram service that takes you into the main cbd for shopping, sightseeing and casino. Good service
Workers arrived to work on the deck on the 1st morning of our 3 night stay. A quick phone call to Tony and he explained that he didn't know they were doing that work at that time. He made some calls and got them to rearrange their work schedule so they did not interfere with our stay. Great place to stay and very quiet.

It was a nice stay that you have you onw kitchennet and laudry facility which allow you to prepare you onw meals and laundry. There are also two convenient shops in the areas, plenty of nice restaurants, coffee shops for you choice.

+: Quick check in, parking included in building overlooking the Ethiad Stadium. Close to town centre and tram station. Hip resto's in this harbour, eg Berth. -:Wifi is not included in rent ( 20AUD for three days!!!)

Excellent accommodation in accessible area.
Good location in Docklands. Easy access to CBD via free tram. Very spacious, well equipped apartment with private car parking. Meeting for check-in was a little tricky and needed 2 phone calls and a 5 minute wail outside the locked car park gate.. Once we had met the agent, the paperwork was very quick and easy.
