This luxurious family home is nestled in the quiet cul de sac of Portseas Franklin Road back beach and this incredibly private escape awaits your visit.

Set on an acre of perfectly manicured gardens, this property boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (1 is a mega luxe double!) and 2 double garages for 4 cars and 4 on the driveway. The house sleeps 12 guests comfortably. The property provides a fully functioning chef's kitchen, complete with multiple ovens, steamer, induction and gas cook top and teppanyaki grill cook plate. The master bedroom comes complete with its own ensuite with a deep sunken bath and spa. The expansive guest room is also fitted with a walk in robe and spacious ensuite. All bedrooms are furnished with built in robes.

Beautifully decorated, the house is equipped with a championship sized tennis court, beautifully tiled salt chlorinated heated pool, complemented with a full outdoor BBQ and kitchen. The pool is always inviting, with sun lounges for relaxing after swimming and your game of tennis.

Weekend with 5 university friends and their partners
Beautiful property. The two large bedrooms were amazing. The 4 other bedrooms smaller than anticipated. Advertised as 5 1/2 bathrooms, but only 4 1/2 bathrooms, so 4 couples sharing 2 bathrooms. 2 towels per person rather than 1 would have been appreciated, or at least a few extra bath towels. Overall a wonderful place for a weekend stay.

Fantastic property in a great location
We gathered our family to prepare for our son's wedding at this property and it was fabulous. A luxury property that has given us all a lot of great memories. Lots of space and everyone loved the 2 unground trampolines, tennis court and pool although it was too cold to swim. This is a premium property with great facilities and extras for activities were appreciated. Basic supplies and a bottle of wine provided. Toiletries provided were supermarket low level which was disappointing for a premium property and 3 small mugs for a 6 bedroom property doesn't make sense unless you only drink little cups of coffee or tea. Small things that could make a great property even more memorable. Wouldn't hesitate to return for a big group booking
